First time patient, the staff at the front to all the technicians and of course the Dentist gave me a sense of security and trust. I had not been to a dentist since 2018, I know, I know, however the deep cleaning of my teeth felt great. I was told to expect some pain when the anesthesia wore off however there was none. The hygienist was an artist at his craft. Well done Nut Tree Smile
The team at nut tree smiles was very welcoming. The office is extremely clean and they offer coffee and water when you come in. Michelle was my receptionist. She was able to check me in and explain my insurance would be able to cover everything. Froy was my dental tech and he took me through the X-rays and explained the whole process with the cleaning and inspection. Dr. Harris inspected my teeth and cleaned them. It was a great experience. We shared some laughs and some jokes. Both Froy and Dr.Harris were patient and took all my questions and were able to explain it down to a 5th grade level.
This office gave me my first positive experience at a dentist office for the first time ever. The technicians Bianca & Jade -y’all are so wonderful are incredibly knowledgeable, understanding and personable. Dr. Gill is absolutely phenomenal. He gave me a range of options in my appointment. Took his time and patience answering all my questions and was very understanding through the whole visit. He installed 3 crowns *perfectly* on my lower molars. Made me feel comfortable and made sure that I wasn’t in any pain and that my bite line up was perfect. Dr. Anstey is nothing short of a miracle worker. He performed 3 root canals on me in one sitting even though they were understaffed and pressed for time that day he did all 3 root canals in 1 hour. He spoke to me the entire time, encouraging me, taking the time to ensure my comfort and safety. I never thought I could undergo dental surgery in such comforting circumstances—but this office made that possible. The receptionists Allie—is the frickin bomb, she’s so personable and understanding are amazing. This office *will* work with you financially. I was anxious about it until Allie took the time to patiently break the whole bill down and *made sure* that I was comfortable with the payment plan. I went in with severe pain for weeks before going to this office to *no* pain now after all the work I had. So if you have any anxiety about the dentist, worried about cost — look no further, this place is amazing.
I was really surprised to read negative reviews when I came to add a positive one. Every step of the process with them was easy and efficient. From scheduling, the appointment itself, to billing. Each member of the staff that helped me was pleasant. I had expressed discomfort with dental visits and I was continually asked if I was doing well throughout my appointment. The support staff as well as the dentist himself made sure I had all my questions answered and drew out a clear plan for ongoing dental health.
It's not that great anymore ,they pushed me into a deep cleaning for $900 and I took 20 minutes. I have had thousands of dollars of work done here over 10 years ,with expensive crowns with a warranty,but they say if you don't get the recommended cleaning it voids any warranty . If you call in at 8 in the morning to reschedule they call it a no sho ,and to top that off they say if it happens again you can't make another appointment, we'll that would void any warranty on expensive crowns they push. Had a tooth worked on and the dentist could not get the shot to numb the tooth as it was grinded on,must have been having a little dental rage because I asked about warranty on crowns.$3000 for a root canal and the temp crown fell off a few hrs later. They just suck .And it's expensive . And they act like they are your only choice .Well it's over.
From the moment I called I felt the comfort and willingness to get me a dental visit promptly, when I arrived the front desk was very polite n registered me in easily. I waited 3 mins. Then moved in to X-rays those were fast n simple froy walked me through it smoothly. When I got to my exam room Dr. Harris introduced herself looked over my chart n X-rays n she explained everything to me that need b done n she set up a plan for me when she was done Ernest came in clean my teeth he talked me through what he was doing n what he recommended in my follow up appointments with him, he was so polite n showed he cared about my teeth . As I was done I walked back to front desk to pay my co pay n schedule my future appointments the nice lady at the counter set me up with dates n time of day to fit my schedule n she did it with a smile like she was happy to help me . I look forward to coming back n taking care all my teeth needs with nut tree smiles thank you for making one of my least desirable places to b at very pleasant.
Been coming here for years always very professional and courteous. My hygienist Crystal makes me feel at ease when getting all my work done on my teeth. She is always informing me on my options and the best ways to achieve my goals on good dental health.
I have found my forever dental home here at Nut Tree Smiles. Dr. Chang is honest and straight to the point, she tells you what treatment you need, possible alternatives, and the outcomes if I don’t get the recommended treatment. She does not sugar coat anything, which I appreciate, I want my provider to be 100% real with me. They also have a hygienist, Ernest, who has loads of personality and is also very thorough with his work. I heard about him through word of mouth from acquaintances that come here and now I only trust him to clean my teeth. Thank you Nut Tree Smiles for choosing everyday to save smiles :!
I cannot say enough great things about this office! Dr. Gill, Dr. Chang and Dr. Harris provide an exceptional level of care and provide patients with a professional and comforting environment. The front office team is always welcoming, and the hygienists and assistants are very knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a new dentist!
I absolutely love this place!!! After not visiting a dentist for an embarrassing amount of timeprevious trauma I knew it was time to be seen. I was starting to get discouraged as most dentist near me were either not answering their phones or didn't have providers when I was available. Thankfully I was in Vacaville and saw their sign on the building, never knew I would be walking into the most friendly and professional office/staff. They answered the phone the first time I called, never once did I feel nickel and dimed and they were very detailed in explaining every step of the process/procedures. I have to give a shout out to Earnest one of the hygienist there, he is absolutely fabulous. Gentle, kind and really cares about his work and his patients well being. He was consistently making sure I was comfortable which is huge for me. Thank you Earnest, I highly recommend your work! I also have to shout out one of the ladies at the front desk, Brittany. She explained everything to me in detail and I never once felt pressured. She even presented me with several different options I can choose from along with the pros and cons of each. I can't wait to share how things go with the Doctor. So if you are looking for a dentist you must call Brittany and request Earnest as your hygienist. 5 stars, 10 out of 10 recommend!
