Beautiful view of Kerr Lake at site #12. Enjoyed a campfire each evening. Loved eating lunch at the picnic table overlooking the lake. Bath House was very clean. We had our dog with us and it was a very nice stay.
Very well maintained campgrounds. Were stayed on the 41-80 site side. There was a restroom building close by, it was cleaned daily, even on the weekends. Water was clean, and easily accessible. Campsites are far enough apart so you can maintain some privacy. If you need to run to the grocery store there are a few close by. The only thing I'd recommend is a lean-to to protect firewood in case it rains. Restrooms: Very, very clean and stocked with TP.
Have camped here before and it used to be well kept. This time the campsite was full of scattered trash plastic, broken sunglasses, etc. Also the park doesn't seem to reinforce any policies. Multiple pit bulls off leash from neighboring campsites, cars and trucks parked along access roads vs one vehicle per site. I like this place so I'm hopeful mgt gets it back on track.
The sites are way too close and its very congested. There was a group of black families that were blasting music far after the noise curfew and openly daring anyone to stop them. The camp host wouldn't even come to their door. We finally hd to call 911 to reach the park rangers. Finally they arrived and shut the party down well into the night. Its a clean park but that's it and I'll never go back.....
Nice location but its so cramped, you could smell the neighbors farts. Also, the camp host needs to be trained or replaced. There was a fricken block party after the quiet hours this past Saturday that sounded like a ghetto Atlanta strip club. There were dirty socks left on the road afterwards. How in the hell does that happen? Foretunately, a real American hero called 911 and the Park Rangers came and punked them into submission. If that camp host is too soft to keep the peace there, let a real man like me be the camp host.
Awesome place to relax, embrace nature and the lake!! It's a must visit site!!
Loved the campground. Nice mix of sun and shade. Very clean and quiet.
Great place just didn't care to much for the spot we had. This time wasn't as easily accessed water for swimming
Great campground on Lake Kerr. Had a hook up with a lake view. Nice showers and lots of boat access. Quiet campground with 24 hour access.
Love Nutbrush Bridge Campground! The sites are generously sized for larger TT's and 5th wheels, the grounds and bath houses are well maintained, and the hosts are welcoming.
