With a little guidance, a little motivation and by listening to your mind/body, you can achieve the right balance in your life.
Nutriage is an attempt to provide you with a platform where you can get the needed guidance & motivation to keep you on your "track". It is fueled by it's members and moderated by me.
We at Nutriage believe that everybody has valuable information that can be beneficial to the community in general.
We come together to share everything; from recipe makeovers, cooking tips, healthy cooking, to latest research, product "recalls" etc.
