I've had the pleasure to know the owner of this store for quite some time. He is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and will always go that extra mile to help you achieve your fitness goals. The store is very nice, clean, and has a wide range of high quality products from the leading fitness experts on the market. This location is also located just a few miles away from two gyms, making it a very quick stop after your workout. Nutrition Central, no matter the location has continued to excel over the years in prices, service, products, and staff. 10/10 I've been shopping at Nutrition Central for years.

I had the privilege of meeting Jason and buying my protein and preworkout from this place. Great service, knowledgeable staff, and awesome products. Jason really talked with me about the different proteins on the shelves and ultimately helped me pick supplements that would help me reach my goals. This place is where you need to go. The other places in the area can't even compare. The guy that gave it 1 star must have gone to GNC.

Okay I want to start by saying that I’ve been coming to Nutrition Central on West Lake since they opened and I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Jason and his team up until this month. I had a few conversations with Jason on helping advertise at an upcoming fitness expo in Houston. I kept in touch during the weeks to follow to make sure he was going to have the supplies for my team and I to wear during the expo and although I had left him my contact information numerous times, spoke to his team numerous times, the day before the expo I came in to pick up the team shirts and I soon realized it was all a lie! I stood at the front counter for 15 minutes waiting on Jason as he was with a customer and began explaining to one of his new members who I was and why I was there. After standing and waiting I finally told the new member I had to leave and he took my information once again and told me Jason would give me a call. Well I never once received a call that day! At the very least he could have said he dropped the ball, or couldn’t get us the gear for whatever reason and I would have understood but nope not even that! I never went to nutrition central for the prices because honestly most of the products Amazon will have either matched or beat his prices! I went there because I believe in supporting local businesses who truly help the community but I will say this place has lost me and my teams business!

Great variety of products. Stayed open late so we could browse around. Gave us some great information and had samples on hand for us to try in the store. Definitely will be going back.

Have started buying my stuff there - the folks are very helpful and their prices are very reasonable. This has become my to go shop nowadays!

Tried twice to check the place out and both times they were shut. Second visit was 1115 on a Saturday morning. Not sure why the business hours are posted on the door!?

Didn't have the products I was looking for, I guess they just don't have better variety...what a bummer..
