NuWash Mobile Car Wash

Edit: Customer service was good, they remedied the situation and from past experiences not including the most recent one, they have been great, on time and very thorough. Used multiple times, most recent was a horrible experience. Definitely was not a detailed clean. Outside was still dirty all over, inside was cleaned bare minimum. Chose and paid for interior steaming, but did not receive. Gave them a lot of time to come and clean, but they decided to come towards the end of the window and didn't finish until 30 minutes past the window. I got off at 430 and had to wait outside after work for an additional hour for him to finish after a 12 hour construction work shift.

I'd never used a mobile wash service before but these guys came highly recommended from my co-workers. I ordered their Platinum package via their app which was very easy. The first technician that came out did an okay job but left several finishing touches undone. I called the NuWash office and advised them of my concerns and they immediately scheduled another wash. The second technician that came out did a excellent job. I now have a ton of respect of this company for taking responsibility and will definitely be using them in the future.

I scheduled washes a week ahead of time twice, and twice they cancelled on me the morning of the wash bc "the tech called in sick." Don't waste your time with this service.

Most of the washes were great and timely, and the folks that came to the house were friendly. Communication was very poor. I messaged multiple times about damage to my brand new vehicle they put something on the inside of the trunk and months later I can still see the stains. Sent video and pictures via text and they went silent. Never received a response after the initial request for videos/pics. Cancelled service, received automated confirmation, and they still sent someone to my house the same day.Service: Full body wash

I used NuWash for the first time and will definitely use them again. My tech was Fabian Trevino and I will request him in the future. Booking the service was so easy and convenient. I am super busy so having someone come to me is priceless yet the cost was very reasonable. Fabian did a great job, he was courteous, professional, efficient, and my car looks like a new car! Tried to use the service but after going through the entire booking process they notified me that my address was outside of their service area. They should have verified my address BEFORE accepting all of my information.
