Welcome to the Northwest Fitness Center, where we offer state-of-the-art strength and cardio equipment at affordable rates. There are three different locations on the Northwest campus to better serve our members: the main fitness area located in Lamkin Activity Center, and two satellite locations in Phillips Hall and South Complex. Each center is equipped with a variety of fitness equipment and training accessories.
Do you like to workout with a group or do you need a little motivation? Try participating in one of our group exercise classes. Classes are offered by the Northwest Fitness Center and the Maryville Community Center. These include Step Interval, Pilates, Circuit Training, Cardio Blast, Water Aerobics, Yoga, and more. These classes are free to all who have a full membership.
Or are you just starting to workout and unsure of what to do or where to start? Fitness Center staff members are available to set up personalized workout plans to help you reach your individual health and fitness goals. They can workout along with you, or give you a plan to follow on your own. Personal training is free of charge for members.
