Highly recommend! They fixed two issues with my old laptop that two other repairs shops couldn't help with. One was that the laptop was not even booting or charging, the other one was with the sound. The price and turnaround time were very good. Moreover, they were kind of to fix the second issue for free! The staff was very friendly too.
If only 10 stars were an option, I would definitely give them that. So say, a laptop is a college student's life, my MacBook experienced a water spill, and the port was not functioning. They were quick in their moves, efficient, and checked out the port, my screen is as good as new, and the ports are working amazingly. Additionally, fair pricing not complaints. I have used New York Computer Help twice in the last two years. The first time, I could not turn my computer on or off. They fixed the problem and installed a new hard drive at a very reasonable cost that transformed my computer by making it run many times faster than before. This week, I was unable to open my Quicken file, which is the lifeblood of my personal and professional life. I would be lost without it and was panic stricken. They found a software glitch and solved the problem very quickly. I cannot recommend these people more highly. It is obvious that they care about their work and their customers. They are good-natured, intelligent and very friendly. Finding computer help is fraught with difficulties, and I consider myself extremely lucky to have found New York Computer Help.
New York Computer help was absolutely phenomenal for me. I had a keyboard on my laptop which had not worked for a year I was using a remote keyboard all that time. By chance I found ny computer via Google and after seeing reviews, tried them. I was quite apprehensive as I had not had good experience with computer repair places in the past. Patrick and then Matt had immediately put my anxieties at ease as they were courteous, pleasant, and accommodating. Gave me options to replace the keyboard within a week, and when the wrong color keyboard was delivered, immediately installed it, so I could use the computer, re-ordered the correct color, and just let me know when it was in and switched them in an hour. Prefect work at a fair price. I recommended them to everyone at my firm.
Was trying to find a place for my Mac battery replacement, given the long lines & the fact that you have to book an appointment at a normal apple store, I went to New York Computer Help. No regrets! Well as every review has already said, they're great at what they do. They were able to retrieve 8 years worth of precious photos from my external hard drive. BUT that's not the reason I'm writing this review. I'm writing this review because retrieving data is expensive. When they first gave me the quote, I told them I might not have the money right away. They said, no problem. We'll hold it here for a few weeks. I'm so glad they didn't just completely shut the door and say, "Well ok, see you later." They were just very human and considerate about it. And that's when I knew I was right to go ahead to tell them to do it. They got all my files back!

They had the battery in stock, and within an hour they they gave me an reasonable estimate and fixed the computer. They were friendly, professional, and courteous. Exceptional service. My computer had a problem that incurred subsequent problems while they were fixing it. They’ve always been very transparent on réparation costs, and even took some reparation as part of their own «30 days » warranty. Always kind and as fast as they could. Highly recommend
My laptop screen was destroyed, hanging on by a hinge. My husband found New York Computer Help and I brought it down. I love that I was able to get an estimate and a timeframe to receive it back. I dropped it off on Sunday and had it back on Thursday. Friendly service and patience because I forgot to bring my charger. Don't forget to bring your charger because they might not have one! I signed up for the warranty for the discounted repair cost, and it's great because my laptop is out of warranty with Lenovo. If I do have any issues, I am covered. You guys saved my laptop, thank you!
