Shopped for the first time at a NYX freestanding location, Charity and her manager were amazing along with the rest of the staff. They checked on me, gave me great advice on products- all with smiles. It was a pleasure and such a great experience, thank you NYX Miracle Mile Staff can’t wait to shop here again!
Love this brand! The different eyeliners are marvelous! High pigmented and they don't smear at all. The ladies were helpful if asked and not following you over attentive around the shop, so you have time to look and try.
I love NYX Cosmetics and skin care! I'm not sure why anyone would use anything else as a day to day makeup. Between value and pigment depth, it's hands down a great product! The sales staff here are also supremely helpful and fun!
Wowsers just when I was giving up hope entering cosmetic stores due to the intimidation factor and judge like employees....I entered the NYX store at the miracle Mile shops days before Christmas for a very special gift. Tillie was absolutely amazing. She really taught me so much in less then 10 mins. Walked me around the store demoed a few product's and rang me up. Her knowledge of product...her zest for wanting to sell you what you need and not just blow your budget spoke volumes. I will be visiting here plenty of more times thanks to her and would also be scheduling a makeup session for my golden birthday .
The staff at this location are not very attentive to customers. There was one team member doing something in the back room and the second team memeber was chatting with a couple. No one was actually giving attention to paying customers. In fact I witnessed a customer stand at wait at the counter for some to help her for several minutes before walking out.
I love Nyx cosmetics and so this store was like being a kid in a candy store! They have pretty much the entire line of Nyx products in one place, which makes it so fun to try different products before buying. The employees are also very knowledgeable and able to help well with making selections and finding the right thing for you.
Clean location and wide selection of products. NYX pronounced Nicks is a cheaply priced brand with some decent products. My 3 star is really for the less decent products. Honestly I'm just not impressed with this brand. The makeup does not have lasting wear. I've tried the undereye, concealer and foundation. I recommend going to a department makeup brand unless you're a pro that always primes and sets your makeup- maybe it will last longer. It's worth trying if you never have before just because most products are $5-10.
lady that checked us out was super nice, complimented us on our outfits and had a mini discussion about them. good prices on makeup items too!
Honestly Rigoberto was the best part of this store. He was knowledgeable, friendly and just fun to talk to.
I bought some eyeliner and mascara from here the other day. Well my husband and I went out on a date last night, and I drank way too much. I accidently fell asleep in my makeup and it DID NOT BUDGE.
