The agency is owned by John and Mary O'Brien. The 2 agents in the office are the husband/wife team of Frank and Sarah Polise. Sarah has been licensed since 1997 and Frank has been licensed since 2006. Sarah has worked at O'Brien and Delzer since 1996. Frank worked at O'Brien and Delzer from 2006-2010 and then went to work at Citizens Property Insurance in Tampa for 2 years. He has since returned with his vast knowledge of Citizens Underwriting guidelines. We offer residential, commercial and auto insurance.
