We took our daughter here at her request to celebrate her baptism and I got to say it was decent. The food took a long time to get out but our server was great. Very friendly and very professional.She didn’t need to even write our order down. I liked it and would go back again. The chicken tenders and asparagus were fantasticFood: 4/5
In the mood for beef and fish, I checkef the internet and learned O'Charley's offered a sirloin and salmon combination dinner. The dinner included two side items and dinner rolls in addition to the salmon and sirloin. My sides were asparagus and a cup of chicken tortilla soup. The service was excellent and the food was good. For $21.99 I didn't expect a $70 dinner, but the sirloin was good and the salmon was grilled and tasty. Sometimes a bargain price can yield disappoinment, but I was not disappointed with my value dinner at O'Charley's. I noticed tiramisu is now a dessert option and I must get back to O'Charley's to sample their tiramisu as it is one of my favorite desserts.
My first time eating at this place and it was an awesome experience. The food was good, it stayed hot, after 15 minutes I had it in front of me. The dinner rolls are to die for. It’s like biting on cloud. Good place to dine!
Food was disgusting. My steak was tough on top of my Cajun pasta. Plates was dirty. Had a greasey feeling. My G-baby only ate the fries and not her tenders. Not to mention there was a roach in the ladies restroom along with a strong sewage smell. Will never return to this location. Very disappointedFood: 1/5
Very neighborly & you can find help anywhere ya look, especially if you are staying longer than a couple days. Location is great & 24_7 office staff if you need anything. STACY #1 & TY for always doing whatever it takes to make things right. You constantly go above and beyond to ensure all the guests are taken Care of. Seeing you everyday always working hard & with a smile on your face, is a delight everyday! They need to give ya a raise.
Bad experience at this location. We had to ask the server for rolls. Salad was warm. Had to ask for utensils. Wife got the club sandwich and the meat in it was so sparse that she only had one slice of turkey and one of the four sections of the bread had nearly no meat at all. Server was bad, food was bad, which on top of being slow was enough for us to do a review of this location. They were out of chocolate pie. Out of baked potatoes, out of pico. Hard to serve good food when you aren't ordering enough.
Waitress was great! Food was delicious. My steak was a little under cooked. Wanted med rare and I think it winked at me but they cooked it a bit more lol.
Haven’t eaten at O’Charley‘s in years This O Charlie’s is the last one in Louisville that I know of and then we enjoyed it very much Service was good and the food came out quick. It was very tasty. I definitely will go back again and tell other people how good the food was
Didn't even know O' Charleys still existed but glad it does. I got the potato soup which was always my favorite, but of course it has changed and was not as good as I remembered. I also got the fish and chips and the fish was cooked perfectly. Our server was polite and so was the manager. Would definitely visit this location again!
We came to this location early in the evening on 04/30/2023. White the traffic to get to this location was heavy, it was easy to pull into this location and park. We were seated promptly at the hightops in the bar area and greeted by our server. The food was very delicious, and our drinks stayed topped of during our dining experience. Since we were there prior to the evening rush, we were in and out within the hour of being seated. Parking: A decent amount of parking around the building, and there is a bigger parking area behind the restaurant.
