I ordered the Low Country Shrimp but while it looked delicious, I didn't get to taste it because a runner brought it out to me at the bar and the bar tender Randi S. Had disappeared. By the time she got around to getting back to the bar to give me silverware to eat with, it was cold. Bar tender barely spoke to me the entire time but was out going and friendly with everyone else. I couldn't figure it out until I looked at my receipt. Even though I had given her my driver's license and bank card to hold so I could go smoke, where it said name she simply put "Truck" as in truck driver. Apparently, this was a problem for her. If you drive a truck and go here, take off your headset before going in.
My coworkers and I eat carry out for lunch. The lady that takes are phone order is very nice and patient. And are food was so good we went back the next day
No one was seating customers. Waited in line over 5 minutes before anyone came to seat us. Brought drink and it tasted really weird. Waitress came back to tell me my food was almost done. I had her being me another drink and it tasted the same. I didn't drink it.. Brought food finally and just walked off without asking if I needed anything. Didn't bring or offer any ketchup or honey mustard. Didn't come back until well after I finished meal. Asked if I wanted a check. Forgot my pie order. Brought my pie without whipped cream, nuts, or any of the toppings that normally come on it. She came back and said they were out. Took my card and didn't come to my table to even give me my card back. Handed it to me over a glass partition that was next to my table. I won't be back and wouldn't recommend this place for anyone.
Unimpressive. The French dip was overly salty, while steamed broccoli was tasteless. The chopped steak was overwhelmed by the gravy which tasted jarred. And the bacon smashed potatoes were whipped too much, essentially pureed. Loved the location in Chattanooga TN, but not this one. No one was working the front door, so people who came in stood there much too long waiting to be seated. Our server was very sweet, though.
The O'Charley's in Meridian, MS was horrible. We ordered our food and it was forty-five minutes before we got our appetizers. We then got our silverware. Mine was dirty including the appetizer plate. It had like dried cheese on it. Then, ten minutes later we finally got our bread. It was well after an hour before we got our food. The manager did come to our table of her own free will and told us she would give us a discount. My mother told her thank you and paid her and left a tip for the waiter. Then, we left. When we got to the car, we found out the waiter had chased us down. Apparently, he thought we were ditching with not paying. He didn't realize we had paid the manager. Granted mistakes happen, but they should've communicated with each other better. Also, my bacon cheese burger with added mushrooms was over cooked and came with no bacon or mushrooms. My parents food were both good though.
This is the worst dining experience I think I have ever had. My group should have left when the bug ran across our table as we were being seated. Instead, we moved to a different area. Here we were left more than once with empty beverage glasses. One of our orders didn't come until an hour after it was ordered. The excuse was..they only had 2 cooks. The tickets were not correct. And, no one seemed to care that it was not good. Very disappointing.
Hostess was not very friendly, but we overlooked it. Server made up for the hostess's lack of personality. Would have given 5 stars, but the steak strips on my sirloin salad were extremely tough. Couldn't eat them. Overall though, it was a very good experience. Will definitely return.
We have been there 3 times and we just hoped it would get better and it really hasn’t. We had to ask several times for items we requested. We asked about a military discount, which they have but the lady didn’t tell us they don’t honor the free kids meals. That actually put more on our check. A little disappointed that when ask about their beer selection they do not even know what they have. Our party did get a beer and it was warm. Every single visit there is something wrong and the thing is we keep giving them opportunities for better service.
I will NEVER go back!!! Took our plate to another table then took it back to the kitchen. I time it. Took 3 minutes to bring it back out to us and assured it was cooked fresh. It takes more then 3 minutes to cook chicken nuggets at McDonalds. Then the manager came out and said it was not the same plate. Needless to say they lost my business and I will tell everyone I know not to go there. That's gross!!!
Terrible experience. Restrooms were disgusting, my husband's beer was thrown on the table spilling everywhere including on my one year old. They said they dropped one of his fish and were making a new one, and it was undercooked when they brought it out. All of the food was bad, and the oil obviously needed to be changed. There was broccoli cooked into my daughter's cheese pizza. Restaurant overall was dirty, the straps on the high chair were disgusting. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
