O'Charley's Restaurant + Bar

First, my, perhaps, second or third time to eat at any O'Charleys location. With that in mind, the best chicken I have had at any restaurant. Service was good. Mashed sweet potatoes were room temperature. Staff was quick to attempt and remedy issues.

Usually very good, but the past to visits food left of plate or over/under cooked.

My husband and I had lunch here a few days ago and we were very impressed. The food was fantastic and so was the service. Our server, Hannah, was a gem. She kept our drinks refilled and made sure we had everything we needed. She was super friendly and kept us in stitches the whole time. We will definitely return.

Service was great! Very friendly and prompt. Restaurant was probably the cleanest I have been to in a while. Restrooms were perfect. Food was good, but not great. Cheese dip was kind of bland, but fries, salmon, cole slaw, etc was good. Waiter was on point which for Rome is a rarity. Went Sunday evening around 6pm and it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. Prices were good. Tea was good and sweet and my wife wants me to mention she enjoyed the peach chutney chicken. Would recommend.

My friends & I chose O'Charley's because of free pie night but we truly enjoyed the menu selections, the atmosphere, the food & the food! Evsn better, we had excellent service!!! We will continue to visit here!

DO NOT EAT HERE! This location is sketchy and suspect. The empty parking was what caught our eye, but should have also been the cue to say NO! My fiance and I went to this location to enjoy our Sunday Dinner and instantly regretted it. The host seemed confused about where she wanted to seat us and when when we did get seated, it took our waitress a few mins to come out. She took our food order and I had to mention the drinks! We ordered 2 strawberry lemonades that we only took a few sips from because they tasted funny. While waiting for the waiting for the waitress to pass by so that we could change the drink order, I looked up their health score and noticed a score of 60 as of 08/04/2021!!! needless to say we both pulled $5 bills from our pockets placed on the table and left! They shouldn't even be open with the violations I read!

The waitress was great. The food was cold. Mac cheese with the cheese not melted. Spinach artichoke was equally cold. Steak salty to the point it will never go bad. Cooked perfect. We tried going g here a few years ago but left after 20 minutes of nothing. Did I mention the waitress was great.

The food and service are excellent!!

Service was AMAZING! Emily, our waitress was amazing! So sweet, held conversation with my little ones and the food came out super quick! She was attentive and checked in on us multiple times. We will definitely be back.

This place is an absolute joke. We waited about 7 minutes before a hostess was anywhere in site. Afterwards, once we were sat our server walker by us TWICE and did not acknowledge us so my wife had to get her attention to even get something to drink which took another 10 minutes. Our potato skins hardly had any toppings and were absolutely pathetic. This place needs to close the doors for good.
