Geno is very nice and sweet. However, my repair service was not good at all. Sorry. Just being honest. Dropped my boots off on November 3rd and was told it would be 2 weeks tops to stitch a hole, clean them up and re-sole them for $65. Was told he would make them "good as new!" After several phone calls and chat messages to him I always contacted him, he never initiated contact, and several times being told he needed a few more days... I got my Uggs on December 20th. He said the delay was due to there being so much salt on my boots. Apparently he had to soak them several times in the 48 days he had them to remove all the salt. But there's still a ton of salt as you can see in the photos, they are not clean nor have the soles been replaced. Also the stitch work is absolutely terrible. It looks very messy and is obviously not matching the original stitch pattern. They were wet when I picked them up so I didn't see how bad they really were til they dried. He gave me a discount for my time but still charged me $50. My old shoe place only charged me $50 to completely renew the dye and clean them up but I moved away from Farmington. Save yourself the headache and disappointment and go elsewhere.
Not a very good experience with the new people that are running okay shoe repair now! The old owner was very dependable when he told you they would be repaired. And when they would be ready to be picked up he held true to his word after two weeks and no phone calls in four trips to the shop I was finally able to pick up my boots! When I expressed my feelings to the owner his quote was there's more people out there to do business with ! I won't be going back or recommending him !
Well idk because this boy has had my daughter's Balenciaga shoes for 2 months giving me the run around every time I want to pick up he always swear he's going to call me That day and never does this is not professional nore having any integrity we took a chance on a young black man but this was real slimy still don't have shoes back dropped of July 19 2023 Everytime I speak to him which ive run out of numbers to call him from because he blocks us after saying he will call tomorrow he excuse is hes moving he moving which is across the street smh this generation is Soo untrustworthy
He was amazing. I was in a motorcycle accident on Mother's Day and my boyfriend's leather vest was cut off of him. I took the leather to OK for a repair, and he did awesome work.

First time experience today... Was warmly greeted by Geno. After I explained the new heel caps I desired for my shoes -- he offered to complete them on the spot. I was so pleased he was able to accommodate my shoe repair in 15 minutes!! Thanks again Geno!!
Geno who I guess is the owner Took my shoes in November and I still don't have them back. He said he lost one and cannot find the other. I have been very patient and calling for over a month. He was so rude! Said he doesn't know what to tell me and for me to take him to small claims court. Doesn't even care about my 20 year old shoes and will not replace them. So disappointed. Even had the audacity to tell me he would not tell me his last name. I should have known when he didn't give me a receipt or a ticket for my shoes. Business card says hes been in business since 1967. How do you not have a process for missing items? Now he wants me to come back and get one shoe. What am I going to do with that?!
Customer service was excellent. I will be referring my Family and friends. My Sister asked me to please find a shoe repair shop for her favorite shoe that needed to be repaired. Geno took a look at it and found out it was a piece missing, however he made it happen. He repaired the shoe. My sister is so happy and so am I. Thank you
Don't go here worst customer service ever. New owner said one week to repair bottom of workboot. Took him 2 and a 1/2 weeks. New sole lasted 50 hours of wear came unglued and peeled off. Original sole lasted 2 years . Owner states it's the way I walk . I told him they were only worn for 50 hours. Puts the blame on me and not on his poor workmanship or poor quality of product. Wanted me to pay again for new sole.
Not sure if this business is still open. I was there at 9:30 this morning. Place was dark and everything I could see through the window was in shambles.
