Bought a backpack/tote. Seemed like the thing to do; nonetheless, the item was listed in the store with a price tag stating $159, later, after looking at the receipt of $169, I wondered if going there was a good thing. Their needing to collect more at the register, seems excessively misleading. Be on your toes before purchasing - buyer beware.

Not open to customers, this is an internet-only business.  Drove a fair distance to find this out.   Why they would use a public-facing commercial retail space instead of a warehouse is puzzling.

Fast shipping, fast custom service response. Fixed a missed order, shipped out emediately!, I will shop here again!

Lighting fast shipping, excellent communication and price.  OP always has quality products and at reasonable prices.

Drove 2 hours to find out that their store is closed to walk in customers. They might want to put that information on their directory says store is open to walk ins, curbside pickup and delivery as to not waste people's time.

Here recently I had placed an order for a plate carrier that i couldn't find anywhere else, I placed my order on Friday march 12th right before closing time, and op tactical isn't open on the weekend. So I expected to wait the weekend and what not, but Tuesday afternoon rolls around with no change in order status. I give the company a call, and after explaining the situation the gentleman on the other end says give him a minute to check on shipping,  he comes back explaining that there was a slight mixup and they were working on it. Not even 5 minutes after I hang up I get an email saying your order has shipped. So overall customer service is fantastic and the company is great.

OPT carries tier 1 gear for military and law enforcement personnel. They will sell to the general public though some items may be restricted. If you want the real deal gear, no Chinese knock offs, no Amazon tacticool garbage, then you have found the right place. Their prices are actually pretty good too and are usually lower than other sources of legit gear. My only complaint is they don't do much in-store shopping, but they have worked with me on things more than a few times. They have been my local source for years now.

Love the store setup and their selection. The lady helping me was busy, but very nice. The guy who rang me up wasn't very personable, but was not rude or anything. Just not a chatter! Their prices are great and we need more small business like this in the Triangle!

Was looking for a 2nd Unity Clutch Belt but couldn't find one available for 2 months. I called OP and the guy said I have one right here and will ship it out today. I had it 2 days later. Great customer service. I will definitely order from them again.  Thanks OP

Ordered some gear from them and WOW. Shipping was fast. Product was exactly what I wanted. Excellent customer service. Definitely going back for more gear!!
