One of the gentleman working today went above and beyond the call of customer service. I wasn’t even there to make a purchase, but crazily walked in and asked if someone could help me get a cicada out of my vehicle that I was too chicken to get myself. With a chuckle and a smile, he happily came out to my vehicle, located, and grabbed the devil right up. I can’t thank him enough for taking the time to lend this ninny a hand. And if they would do this, I can only imagine how amazing their service is to paying customers.
Had been here once before with better customer service. This last time was about 7pm when realizing I had a headlight out after work. Employee was not very helpful. They did however do the bare minimum of their job requirements so I'll give them that I suppose. They seemed flustered and eager to get customers out the door.
Excellent customer service. They were very helpful. The part we purchased came with a lifetime warranty . Goes bad get a new one . Till the day I or the car dies. Lol.
They were good with parts and loaned me tools and actually help me fix my wheel bearing on car. Next day radiator went out and had me a new one the following day to finish.
Me and my family love this location! Our car was broken down and we moved it to the lot. They let it stay there and when we came back the next day, brad, one of the employees was able to help and get the axel we needed. He even went out of his way to drive to another store 20 minutes away to get it! Very friendly and treats you like family!
While on vacation in Gatlinburg, the battery died in our SUV. We called several tow companies and no one was able to come out because of the holiday. We had 5 small kids with us and were stuck in a parking lot at about 10 pm with everything about to close. We paid for a battery over the phone and William drove 35 minutes each way with tools and changed our battery for us in the parking lot. Can’t thank you enough for helping our family out!!!
I waited approx 5 mins to be helped and the whole time a dark haired young man was hiding behind the monitor playing a video game with his vape on counter-he said he didn’t see me. And the phone was ringing off the hook the entire time I waited. And a lady with baby behind the counter standing there too. Then he gave me a lightbulb that was different size I brought in and said it would work. Hope so!
Absolutely love it here They're able to Get the correct auto parts when you need something they match prices. They're friendly and very Is knowledgeable .
Been going to O'Reilly's auto for a long time. They are very helpful, in checking batteries, changing wipers and other things. GIVE THEM A TRY.
