I've always had good experiences at this store. Staff is friendly and helpful. Most recently, I went in with multiple issues and Keir took the time to go through each of them with me, helped me figure out what I needed, and helped me get everything fixed in the parking lot. I was very happy with his service and hope he gets the recognition he deserves.
Was given the wrong part by mistake. Went back in and the lady on the register beside me couldn't be quite and just cash her customer out. She had to be loud and would not stop talking over who was trying to help me. Safe kept telling me I was wrong, it didn't come from that store, ECT...very unnecessary and rude. I walked off to grab my oil change and she kept yelling at me over the shelves. I finally walked back up and asked her if she was the manager. She said no, so I asked her to leave me alone. The manager comes in and asked what the problem was. I time him my part problem and he was done with me in 2 minutes. She was still trying to talk to me. I won't go back bc she is so rude!!!!!
I’m a delivery driver with a headlight out. I thought I was going to have a bad evening trying to figure out what to do. I stopped into the red Bank O’Reillys and met Krista. Krista says let’s go out and look at it and takes it out, jiggles it around, put it back in and it works again. Krista saved me $18 to replace a headlight I might otherwise would have blindly paid to change because she cared. She cared enough to come out and put her head underneath the hood and check it out. I love a woman in a position that obviously enjoys her career doing what is categorically male. I can’t thank O’Reilly‘s enough for saving me at least two delivery rides of pay…You have me as a customer now vs. all other parts stores.
I went in for hatch supports for a friend's car. Watched the YouTube video and started to work. First thing, I lost a small part. I called back to see if they had the small component and they told us to drive down and they would fix it. They fixed it and didn't charge us one cent more! All employees were so nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

I was in an extremely unfortunate position with having ignition troubles with my car, but Amy and Keir completely made the problem go away! They helped me with tools, diagnosing the problem, and finding the solution to get my car back on the road and running more smoothly than it had before. Without a doubt, some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. Thank you so much Amy and Keir for your fantastic help and knowledge!!
I was in Chattanooga from south of Atlanta for work and my battery died. The guys at my office recommended the O’Reilly’s on Dayton Boulevard as that is the auto supply store they frequent. Amy was super helpful. She determined that my battery needed to be replaced but was unable to replace it for me due to the fact that the Dodge Journey has the battery behind the driver’s side front wheel. She called several local mechanics until she found one who was available to replace the battery for me quickly. I was back at work at the end of lunch and haven’t had any problems with my battery. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would highly recommend this store for any future auto supply purchase!
Great customer service and prices. Keir was a tremendous help. The Dayton Blvd, Red Bank, TN store will have my business from now on.
I got a headlight for my Prius and one of the workers there had no idea how to install it and asked me to Google it myself. But I went back inside and I believe the man that helped me was named Keith, and he came out and it was bing, bang, boom, it was installed in no time at all! That’s what I trust about O’Reilly’s auto parts. People who work there who know a thing or two about cars and how to help and this guy sure did. Thank goodness he was there!! :
