Helpful employees. Clean, organized, and great selection of items.
These guys could not fill a simple parts order correctly. I ordered four ball joints from them. My daughter went to pick my order up. She delivered them to the mechanic only to find out that there were only three in the bag. Called the store told them what they done. they sent one out to the mechanic. Problem is they sent a different brand out there. So now I have three of one kind and one of another.
Needed some radiator parts for my car. This was the only store in town that had them. Great service also. Ben and Randall did excellent Jobs. *note that when I went to pick up the part they were very short handed and Randall did outstanding at multi tasking and taking care of each customer.
Got a transmission from them and put it n myself and it's been a brand new one like it's suppose to unlike my dad that baught his transmission from another bussiness and it's went out so I buy from O'Reilly's and I only O'Reilly thanks ya
Decent place to shop for auto parts. I am not the biggest fan of the brands they carry but all in all they are good people with good prices.
It's pretty hard to get parts for anything, especially older vehicles. They had almost everything I needed, thst no one else had
I travel a lot within the United States. I stoped by O'Reilly's Auto Parts Store at Paragould Arkansas. And Sammy was very helpful .my truck had a check engine light. And Sammy plugged in the scanner and found out what was wrong with my truck. I got to say it was the best customer service I ever experienced coming to any Auto Parts Store I've been to in all 50 states. Thank you Sammy keep up the good work you sure are going places
Service is slow. No on ever answers the phone. This store used to be the best in town but it’s went down hill the last couple years.
The employee that I encountered was nice but the bigger woman that works there if u see here turn away because she is out to rune your day
Had purchased battery for vehicle that had mechanical problems and battery was never used. I sold the vehicle so I no longer needed the battery. They were able to exchange the battery for me for my truck. They were extremely polite & professional about the whole situation. Great store experience.
