A Pole Vault training facility based on gymnastics and proper basic mechanics of the pole vault to ensure success in the event.
The program consists of an eight week block of on site gymnastics training and conditioning. Intense work on the very basic fundamental of the vault. A structured plan for training away from the facility.
We work with junior high, high school and college athletes that have a desire to improve.
We also work with coaches that want to learn our methods and have a better understanding of the discipline we teach.
We do consult with schools and parents in area.
Our methods have been proven to be the best and most successful in the event.
