Always a positive experience here. Everyone here treats you like family. My implant procedure is slowly coming along and for the first time in years I don’t panic walking into a dental office. Immaculately clean office and feels like a spa. I tend to rate an office by their reception as that is an indicator of how the medical staff relates to their patients.
This was truly an exceptional experience for me. My dentist referred me as I was having ongoing pain, and I was promptly scheduled. I came in to their state-of-the-art office, and was assessed and treated on the same day. A root canal -- which previously has taken up to 3 hours elsewhere -- was performed painlessly in an hour! Dr. Matri and his staff are a highly skilled team who evaluated my situation, explained my options, and answered my questions. This practice sets a new standard!
My procedure: dental implant molar with bone grafting. They did a great job numbing me with a topical ointment first, before subjecting me to several Novocain injections. I was thoroughly numb before they started working, and made sure of it! Then they gave me some OTC pain meds to take before the procedure, though it would have been better to have patients take this before their mouth is numb! The implant didn’t take as much time as I thought, and the bone grafting soon after was painless. Do expect some bleeding in your mouth after this.. They then gave me an ice pack to use swelling is normal and expected, and had me wait in the waiting area IN A MASSAGE CHAIR nice! while the doctor reviewed my post-op x-rays, wrote prescriptions, provided me instructions, and answered any questions I had. They addressed every one of my questions, and did a great job listening to my concerns. Let’s face it, we’ve all had medical professionals who are so arrogant that they do a really poor job listening to their patients. This place is so much better!. I do recommend them, and feel their prices are reasonable.
Went back to see Dr.Matri again for a second dental implant that went as smooth and painless as the first one he performed on me. Later that night and the next day I still felt No pain. Love this place! I can not say enough good things about him and his staff. They are absolutely the Best in the business at doing dental implants and serious dental procedures.
I had a very very good experience here. The environment is very nice and clean, not to mention the staff is incredibly kind. When speaking with the doctor it was straight to the point and had made sure all my questions are answered and explained. 10/10 ....... UPDATE: Went in for my surgery today to fix my smile and other issues. The treatment I received was above and beyond. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Other than the numbing shots!! They were very thorough with explaining the treatment and aftercare from the procedure. Completely thrilled with the process and the outcome. Thank you all!!!
I met with the direction of my dentist Dr. Matri and his friendly team. It is a clinic with the cleanest and most professional equipment I have ever seen. The place where I went with a very severe pain that did not stop for 1 week, the day when the antibiotics and painkillers I used did not help, the place where I left with a smile 2 hours later with the examination and root canal treatment. It was a privilege to meet and work with you and your team, Thanks again for this great experience Dr Matri and his team…
Highly recommend Oak Endodontics to anyone. Dr. Matri was great, very efficient and skilled, took care of a complex root canal and got me out of pain fast. The office staff were super helpful and nice, not to mention state of the art equipment.
Dr Matri and his staff were Outstanding! The office is beautiful and the care taken to make their patients comfortable goes above and beyond. Dr Matri is a skilled Specialist and is only matched by the warmth and care he and his staff provide to ensure relaxed and painfree dental care. As a patient and referring doctor I wouldn't suggest going anywhere else.
Dr. Ahmed Matri and his staff are exceptional dental care givers. I felt welcomed into the comfortable office and felt confident that I received top notch professional attention.
Two weeks ago, Dr. Matri performed an implant post for me , the procedure went well without any problem. After return home, I did not experienced any pain that requiring to take pain medication. The next morning I went playing pickle ball as usual. Dr. Matri's office is very pleasant; his professional skills and services are highly recommended.
