Oak Forest Mobile Home Park is the perfect location for your manufactured home.

Oak Forest Mobile Home Park has been in business for over 45 years. Allen Swoboda began construction of this community in 1968, with the first homes moving into the park in March 1969. His vision was to provide a quiet and friendly community in which to live. This continues to be the goal of the owners and management today.

My Student has lived in the park for 3 1/2 years. The park is kept extremely clean, tho the management might be strict, she is very caring for all that reside there. So if you don’t like following rules you will not like it here. I am so thankful for the rules keeps out trash .
I personally grew up in this Mobil home park. Family orientated; Ava Williams is the Landlord she's a wonderful pleasant woman. She throws special events for each major Holiday.
I don’t live here but my friend does. It’s a park with mobile homes? My friend doesn’t seem to complain about it, and walking from his trailer to the visitor spots ain’t scary

I have lived in this park for several years, and I really like it. The management is good and strict, so the whole area stays nice and well kept.
I feel very disgusted about the place and need to be cleaned up or the new trailers or something because it's not working with the city the old and it needs to be replaced
