I had been eyeing the Navi sectional for a couple months and I was in desperate need of a couch after not having one for a month. I went in today and told Richard R. which couch I had been eyeing and the price had seen it for back in December. He was able to give me an amazing deal by matching that same price from the ad I had saved, and I finally bought the couch I have been wanting! I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Seem like everything was on sale but there wasn't anything that I wanted the service was good they're moving but they don't know where.

They have a good selection, the delivery fee and haul away seemed a bit pricy for us though, it added up to 300 dollars.

Dear Oak Liquidator Management and Owner, I want to give you my business for a few reasons: you are local, you advertise reasonable prices, and I trust you or at least I thought I did. I recently found, your business advertises pricing on your website that differs from your in store pricing. This is disturbing for a few reasons. First, it makes you seem like you are trying to make a few extra bucks on people that don’t price check your own prices online. This defeats the marketing angle you currently have on reasonable pricing. I don’t mind paying a few extra bucks to shop the local guys. However, when you begin emulating the big chains with different prices on the same item, you loose your credibility. Secondly, why would you want to confuse your customer base? Anything that is difficult to figure out will prevent your busy, everyday, hard working ideal market base individual from trying to figure out how to get a deal from you guys. You want people to order online before hand? Offer 10 percent off to do so. Don’t be shady. It’s rude and it wastes both of our time. By the way, I will be back but not because of your pricing. Richard, at your Visalia location, was a great salesman and kind when I called back and inquired about the pricing. I will be back because of him.

Staff was extremely helpful and took their time to help me out for however long I needed. Abel especially, took time to make sure to answer any and all questions I had. Even answered questions that I didn’t ask; that I eventually would had needed knowledge of... definitely would recommend! I’ve went three separate times with separate purchases.
