Oak Grove Christian School now enrolling preschool, k-4, kindergarten, first, second and third grade!
With many years of early childhood education behind her, Melody Hoskinson began Putnam Church Preschool. After nine successful years there, she, and her staff, felt God's leading to expand the program by adding a full day option to the preschool and K-4 classes along with kindergarten. This expansion led them to the Oak Grove Recreation Center (formerly known as Oak Grove Elementary School.) Providing a quality education is a responsibility they take seriously, being able to do that in a Christian environment is a privilege.

Oak Grove Christian School uses several Christian curricula. The ABeka Book Curriculum and BJU Press are used for academic instruction. Due to the ages of our students and the fact that this school has families attending from various denominations, we use an adapted Bible curriculum from several resources. We are serious about our responsibility of providing each child with an academic foundation and love the privilege we have to enforce the values of faith each family teaches at home.
