Oak Grove city hall

The woman at the front desk was rude, quick to dismiss without knowing what we were there for. Then didn't have the first clue as how to help us. I wish we would have checked the reviews before coming there. She's absolutely terrible. And management should make some changes. The star reviews are very valid.

City is going down since Mayor Burt and Theresa Jarvis took their offices. Nothing gets done. 3 Lawsuits against the city. 1 intersection have been under construction for over a year. Thats where our money going. Sad but true. Waste of taxpayers money. They dont like critics and blocking you for just pointing out their flaws on their Facebook. Just being blocked for expressing my opinion on Mayors Job. I thought we have 1st Amendment protected. Not in Oak Grove, Mayor skipped the part of "upholding the Constitution" when she was taken oath of the office.

I've only been here a couple months. And Oak Grove is over priced. They charge too much for the houses.The utilities are an average $160.00 for water which includes sewage and trash pick up. The utilities is about $120.00. Which extremely too high. In winter the snow doesn't get shovel in the side streets.So, you are throwing money out the window.
