A cafe that opens as a trendy gastropub and transforms into a vibrant bar at night. As our name suggests; we are a fusion cafe that sells exquisite food, delicious wines, craft beers & spirits. We will produce a seasonal farm to table food menu. Our decor will exemplify our trendy, eclectic and rustic style that embraces these cultures. We are providing the hip residents, students and workforce of New Haven an upscale experience in a comfortable setting with a superior product. We will support local farms, vineyards, micro breweries, and distributors whenever possible. We will be a sanctuary for the cultured consumer.
