Oak Street Health Care Center

The MD and 3 FNP's at this clinic are all excellent - highly competent, responsive, empathetic. They take the time to listen to patients carefully and never rush an appointment, even when they are extremely busy. The staff is equally excellent - messages and RX's handled quickly, appointments scheduled in a timely manner, callbacks as soon as possible. The waiting area needs some serious updating, but this does not affect the great care. Have and will continue to highly recommend.

Cheryl and the staff at Oak street medical are amazing. Cheryl takes time and listens to you making sure to answer any questions you have. She makes sure if you need care outside our area that you are referred to top notch doctors. I highly recommend her.

They don’t listen to patient needs. They just want you to come back repeatedly so they can make more money on their conveyer belt of patients. Would never recommend!!!
