Lived here for almost a year now, really love the neighbors I have around me. Such wonderful people and very friendly even the maintenance guy. I'm still adjusting to the new rules that are put in place for the new year, the only thing I do have a complain about is the laundry room with the dryers not working, the parking is very tough. I do know that we have an over flow spot in the back area however besides my fiance now not able to bring his truck emergency vehicle there is still other box trucks that are parked in the lot that has been there since I've moved in along with two pick up trucks that are randomly there along with a boat. Management is very nice and he is willing to accommodate you. Great place to live if you are starting out to live on your own.
I met with Michael Crawford Management Supervisor, getting all fully information, all my questions was unanswered by details, attending, polite and professional Beside, was offered different options,I was glad and satisfied with a register service
I never lived in this park. I actually had an interview with Michael the regional property manager back in September of 2019. Prior to my interview he contacted me and left a voicemail a few weeks back. I returned the call but no answer. Another couple of weeks go by then he returns my message asking if I'd like to come in for an interview for the property management position. After meeting with him I thought the interview went well, but I sensed they wanted to fill the position quickly. I informed him that I'd like to give my current employer a formal 2 weeks notice. Now, a couple of weeks go by and no communication. I found myself calling him back, but no answer. After a few more attempts I was finally able to get a hold of him and he forgot to inform me that they decided to go with another candidate. Very unprofessional he failed to communicate and not be considerate. I hope no one else has this issue.
I wouldnt recommend anyone getting a trailer here. Poorly insulated my daughter and I freeze in the winter and we are suffocating in the summer. It leaks left and right, when asking to fix any of these proble.s you are put on a Work order list and have to wait for maintenance to come at their own leisure. My neighbor is not so friendly and I had to look a confederate flag all day on fourth of July. They are putting in new trailers and the sad part is your not qualifying unless you make over 75,000-100,000. The new trailers look beautiful but I dont honestly think they would be worth that especially the area that it is in. The whole park itself looks rundown and not kept up at all the laundromat is a whole other story smh it floods constantly when it rains here Imy doors blow open even if they are locked wit the chains on them they attached a piece of plywood to the doors for the locks which can be easily yanked open definitely not a safe place to live
Place is to small and trashed to be wanting 1100 for a unit. There is no closet space and the biggest bedroom can barely hit a full sized bed. This place is quiet but well too expensive.
It's a great neighborhood nice people the school district is wonderful its South Brunswick school district they have a 5 star rating we community is well maintained The staff that works here is wonderful.
Lived here going on three years now, great neighbors. It's like our own little community we all look out for each other and help each other out.
Visiting my family. Roads are bumpy. And the playground needs some landscaping. It's okay. Always quiet any time I visit.
The manager didn't return my voice mail after I went to walk thru the trailer for rent and got the application.
Fixxed it up alot it's bout 80%less slezy then it used to be good lighting &I see sum pride in ownership
