The entire staff at Oakes and Nichols played a role in helping my siblings and me through one of the hardest times of our lives. When Mom passed they helped us with the arrangements for her celebration of life. Patiently they answered our questions. Lovingly, they showed how much they care, not only for our Mom but for the ones left behind. Mom’s celebration was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better service.
My mom's funeral was perfect. The staff was proficient, very helpful and the attention paid to detail was admirable. We would highly recommend them. The staff was always available to answer questions, and were very flexible to any changes that had to be made.
I have known the owners my entire life. We have used them several times. I would only use Oakes & Nichols as their care, concern, attention to detail, ease of planning, and help is above and beyond. They treat you like family and try to make arrangements as easy as possible. I can't recommend them highly enough. I appreciate their Christian values and kindness. You will not find better treatment or customer service anywhere else. The Sowell's are very special people loved by so many.
Our mother recently passed away. Oakes and Nichols did her arrangements. They make everything easy at a difficult time. You are treated like family. Most of all ... They care. Top notch facility and people. Heads and tails above any other facility in the middle Tennessee area including any facility in Nashville. Just love them.
These people actually care about you personally and help you in your decision making. Thanks for helping when my grandmother passed. Jonathan was great to deal with and made it easy to get my grandmother to Norman Oklahoma. Everyone was more than polite even the people painting the outside of the funeral home. Thanks again not from just me but the entire Wunderlin family.
Update..3-15-18..THANK YOU for helping out with a beautiful service for my dad. I couldnt of ask for better people and the way they handled my sons arrangements.Tony and the staff went out of thier way to make sure things were taken at our time of need.
Very helpful and accomodating in the beginning, but once they got their money they would not return my phone calls or questions I had.
A good place to go when someone past away. They go out of there way to b help people in need when someone pasts away. I give them an A for helping them thru there sorry.
This Family has taken care of the Galbreath for longer than I been around! That makes them our Family. They are Awesome at what they do!!
It's a funeral home...okay?
