Oakland Bark Dog Park

Really nice dog park. Plenty of parking, clean public restrooms, separate spaces for large over 25 pounds and small under 25 pounds dogs, benches throughout, and plenty of shade. Lots of grass for the dogs to play and a paved path winding throughout. Separate gated area with a small dog pool to clean dirty feet and tons of water bowls spread out in the park. Some agility/obstacle items for the more active/adventurous dogs and poo bags and trashcans all over. Our shy boy loved it.

A lovely park that seems well kept and right off Powerline. I was on the way to another park and couldn't resist stopping here. My dog isn't much for dog parks but he seemed to come out of his shell here. Plenty of hand sanitizing stations, water, restrooms and litter bags. This cute park had a large and small breed size under 25 pounds and everyone was social distancing. Ticked off all my boxes as far as dog parks go. Ample parking spots. Bravo!

Great little park. We went on the big dog side and were the only ones there. Lots of room to run and a nice walking path for humans. Dog-friendliness: It's a dog park!

Fun park for the furry kids! Watch your dog closely as there are some who don't. ‍ There are poop bags available & water for drinking & cleaning up before you leave.

I like this park so much, I became a volunteer. A + , large and small dog sides, toys , water bowls and doggy swimming pools, leashless park. Lots of shade and benches, and plenty of room for your pup to run and play.

A nice civic amenity: a well-maintained dog park for both large and small dogs. It’s kind of noisy, underneath I-95 and next to the railroad track. But the dogs don’t mind.

Friendly pups and friendly people. Well thought-out double gate system to help prevent escapes. Nice shaded walking trail and plenty of room for the doggy to run around, play, and burn off all her extra energy. There are separate areas for dogs under 25lb and larger dogs. There's a fenced-off wet area with hoses to spray your dog to cool off and/or wash them when they're done exercising. The park has benches and picnic tables spread throughout. Poop bags are provided to help keep the park clean.

Wonderful dog park close to the house. 2 separate parks for larger dogs or smaller ones. Fun obstacle course for the pup...water fountains and a caged area to clean your dog. The folks who come out are considerate and pickup their dogs messes...also there are plenty of bags available I'm case your dog does his business. Worth going for a visit.

Very well maintained dog park with separate areas for small and large dogs. I find the people that go here are friendly and have well behaved dogs. Best time to go is between 9:00 and 10:00 am.

Overall the park itself is nice. It has a good amount of shade and space for the dogs to play and run. Honestly the only reason I don't prefer to go here is the people. The people are very nosey and quick to tell you what you should and should not do with your dog. I don't come here for lessons on dogs. I come to let my dog stretch her legs and run freely off the leash. I've been here many times to try to give it a try. Everytime I go I have some snobby people trying to tell me what to do. Whoever the regulars are are not friendly and make me and my dog feel unwelcomed.
