A small old-school CrossFit Box that welcomes everyone. We only have evening classes and OLCF is run out of my garage.

Description

Oakleaf CrossFit is where I use mixtures of CrossFit Football/Weightlifting/Strongman with hints of mobility and conditioning to forge more powerful athletes, families, you name it. I want you to be able to improve your performance across all area of your life.


I want to show and educate people how to take ownership of their physical and mental well-being.

I want to give back to the community that has given me so much.

I want to build a community that maintains the integrity of CrossFit, one that practices the culture, one that coaches everyone.

I want people to embrace the idea that CrossFit is for everyone.

I want to empower people with the knowledge that CrossFit means taking ownership of their physical and mental well-being by understanding that their fitness is a journey, recognizing where they are on that path, and understanding how to move forward on that path as long as life allows.

I want to share my enjoyment of CrossFit with as many people as I can.

Here you will find updates about the program, hours of operationm and other discussion topics. Content will be varied surrounding the topic of building performance athletes with some content (videos) may not be suitable for children (language).

Classes Schedule:
-Afternoon (2) Monday through Thursday, (1) on Friday. The full schedule will be posted on this webpage weekly.
-Fundamentals: By appointment
-Drop-ins are always welcome, just show up a little early to sign the paperwork.

Cost
-Drop-in's $5 per visit.
-Fundamentals is $60 for 6 classes
-Please message for monthly membership costs - no monthly contracts
