Bough Oakleys almost a year back and the film has started to peel off. I just can’t believe a brand like Oakley having this issue. Unfortunately I bought the pair Overseas and don’t have the receipt. The customer service’s attitude was well too bad so sad that you don’t have the receipt and you are on your own. No more Oakleys going forward. Maui Jim or Serengeti are the best. Sorry Oakleys you just lost a loyal customer. See pictures attached.
Worked with what I think was store manager named Foster & it was an excellent experience. Foster was knowledgeable, friendly and concerned about getting me the best price possible. I would highly recommend this store and person if you have questions about Oakley prescription lenses and frames.
Miguel did a great job showing me around the things I was looking for, knowledge on point; truly passionate. He did went the extra mile and ended up even buying a towel, cool dude and a great salesman! Give this guy a raise!!!!
We came here looking for sunglasses. The lady attendant on that day was very very helpful, patient and informative. That day we walked away happily with a pair of sunglasses and accessories. By the way, the discount deal at the time was very good too.
Nathaniel was the best retail CSR I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with in years. From the first phone call to check stock availability, to him helping me over the phone to park closest to the store entrance, his patience and attention to customer service was apparent before I even set foot in the store. I was only there to shop for a set of replacement lenses for my Flak 2.0 frames but he took the time to pull each lens out of the box and show me all colors available instead of just showing me the box. After deciding on which lens I would purchase for my frames he proceeded to clean the frames more thoroughly than my dentist cleans my teeth. Every nook and cranny on the frames were cleaned with the greatest attention to detail. I was in a bit of a hurry and almost told him to stop cleaning and just throw the lenses in, but just as he had patience with me I had to grant the same patience and let the man do his job. And a damm good job he did! In a time when so many young people fill these customer service roles and feel they are entitled to this or that it was a real pleasure to watch this young man perform his job with pride and dedication.
the glasses were delivered in less than two weeks, and the service was great. The price is much cheaper than other shops including the frame and glasses... Great
Great experience. Miguel at the store was cool & accommodating. Didn't pressure me or influence me into anything. Made me feel free to browse and let him know if I needed help or had questions. I purchased 2 Sutro Lites from him. Very happy!
This location specifically is full of scam artists. I tried to return some goggles I got a week ago but never used and they refused to accept it because I had a different debit card same bank same account#. The guy who was going to process my return even remembered me from the previous weekend and still refused to accept my return. He lied to me about company policy and I ended up getting a refund PERFECTLY fine at a different store. Please don’t waste your time or money shopping at the Katy location.
Nathan at the Galleria store in Houston was very helpful. He called Foster at the Katy Mills store to see if they had the frames I was looking for. Foster gave extremely well customer service like you just don't get anymore. He had the frames I wanted. He removed and installed my RX lenses into the new frames. You have great people working for you in the Houston area. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!
