The community is beautiful and the neighbors are terrific. However, when buying in here they don’t tell you that there is a major problem with the water system and that any capital improvements are passed onto you. Be aware and do your homework. We did not.
Well, my parents have owned their property here for about 13 years. There are things that would be a nice change, but understanding the community, it's fine. My parents enjoy their home and have wonderful neighbors. We like to visit when we can from Florida. We have never used the pool because of the restrictions. But from what my parents tell me, they have social events regularly. The residents have good relationships, which is nice. No complaints here.
From the noise of the city, this is the best. I've lived here for 22 years and have enjoyed it. If you are 55 or over, try it-you'll like it.

Over-55 community in the woods. Laid out nice, these mobile/manufactured homes come with a land lease that includes taxes, snow removal, trash pick-up and use of a great clubhouse and pool and tennis courts.
It's a nice senior community. Very clean and quiet. There's a pool and a community center. You do your own Landscaping and Lawn
Was there a couple summers ago by the pool for a Woodstock party with a band. We had a great time.
My grandparents have lived here for the last 15 years. It's a very safe and quiet community where everyone is friendly, they've never had a bad experience.
It was a nice neighborhood with a great outdoor pool.
