To promote art and art appreciation within our community
The development of artistic skills is the main reason for the existence of the OAS and classes are our chief source of revenue. As part of our mandate to bring art to the Oakville community classes are conducted year round for adults of all ages and skill levels, and for children 7 years and up. We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced classes in oil and acrylics, watercolour, Chinese brush, drawing, mixed media, pastels, pottery, sculpture, jewellery making and photography. Our classes operate from 9am–9:30pm, 4 days a week and are open to all.
