Many diseases can be transmitted by your pet to the human members of your family, including your children. We actively strive to avoid this from occurring. These transmittable diseases are called zoonoses. Zoonotic diseases are becoming more and more common as our pets are living in much closer contact with humans now than ever before.
We are continually striving to update our procedures and practices to adapt to the latest recommendations coming from such recognized authorities such as the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) and CAPC (Companion Animal Parasite Council) to prevent diseases form occurring in both pets and people.
