Been going here for a few years now.  The staff is always attentive and my pedicure and dip on my nails always look great.  If there's an issue, they fix it right away.  Love the atmosphere and a glass of wine for a relaxing experience.

I’ve lived in the area almost my entire life, and briefly in Fort Worth, Dallas, and Frisco. I’ve gotten my nails done for as long as I can remember, so that’s a lot of nail salons. When I say that Oasis Royse City is the best and most reliable nail salon I’ve ever consistently gone to, I genuinely mean it! The service and kindness of the staff is unmatched. When you make an appointment, to the best of their ability it is always on time. I’ve never had a nail break I get dip. The pedicures are incredible you HAVE to try their jelly pedi! and they set a timer for the massage so nothing is missed. Want the newest nail art trend? No prob, they do a great job of that, too! Less than a week ago my daughter's and I decided to give this place a try. The staff was friendly enough and the nails were fine. The 3 of us got dip nails. A dip manicure usually last 2 to 3 weeks for us, but the manicure we got here lasted 5 days. I have included what our nails look like after 5 days. We will likely not be returning. Save your money, go somewhere they have good technique.

Normally, I try to be understanding about people having a bad day and make occasional mistakes. However, my experience was something I could not pass by. I had my cuticles done today and was left bleeding on 5 of my fingers from both hands. I get that it happens and that’s okay. What I did not like and found it unsanitary was that one of the nail techs did not provide a napkin for me to clean, rather used disinfectant for nails and made contact with my blood put it back in their box. They used a liquid from a small nail polish bottle, applied the nail brush on the blood on my nail and put it back in the bottle. At that point I was like: No, let me clean it myself because who knows how many people it was used on, and how many can get infected from that cross-contamination . To top it all off, they used their nails and fingers and cleaned my cuts while they were dirty. I did not want to make a bad review, but another issue was that my pedicure looked absolutely rushed and if it weren’t for my nail incident that I had going on, I would’ve made them fixed it. Yet, they made me leave knowing how bad it looked. I will not come here again. Though I do appreciate them doing a good job on my manicure. It was excellent but the rest was utterly disappointing.

My daughter had an appointment yesterday to get her nails done for her prom. She had the worse experience ever! The nail techs that were working with her were laughing at her when she was trying to explain what she wanted. If what she was requesting couldn’t be done that’s fine but just say it, don’t mock her and laugh at her. She is extremely quiet and shy and felt very uncomfortable during the entire experience! While I do admit her nails look nice they looked nothing like what she requested.  Unfortunately I had to work and was unable to be there with her otherwise I can guarantee we would’ve walked out of this place. Really sad how unprofessional they were and ruined an experience that should’ve been fun and relaxing for her!!!!Service:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

Went "under new owner," and my entire experience was marvelous! Everyone greeted us and was very attentive. My nail tech was Kim, and she was great! I always get ingrown toe nails, and she did a great job removing them with minimal pain. Toes look great too!! The place is extremely clean and well decorated!! Will definitely be back, and you all should check it out, too!!!

The lady was very nice and did a great job on my nails. My first time going here was ok for the environment. I'll give it another try.

I got my nails done my Mimi and she did absolutely amazing! best nail job i’ve ever had done she was so thorough and articulate, will definitely be back
