Ocean Blue Car Wash

Alan service attendant up sold wash package to premium service and I had to go through 3 times to get my car cleaned! Finally the district manager Kristin who was very kind started troubleshooting the situation and she walked through the entire wash process to make sure every step was completed and accounted that the tire shine was applied. I will have to say that there tire shine application is definitely not what I am used to! But with Kristen’s help I now know how to tell if my car is on the correct program for the wash selection. She gave first class service and kind advice! If they could only duplicate her by 10 it would be a very smooth running experience!!!

ANOTHER EDIT: Went back in again for a wash for our other car, again, right after opening. Crystal Lynn actually recognized me and was very apologetic for not having the scrubby buckets ready last time. Chatting with her also helped me recognize that there are actually people working here who can help if needed, go figure. Sometimes it’s good to be reminded to poke my head up out of my own self-absorption from time to time and to not get in such a huff over silly things. Thanks Crystal Lynn, and thanks for setting me up with the membership… I’ll be back for more washes soon. EDIT: Bumped up from 2 to 4 stars. Once I asked, they were pretty quick to get a scrubby bucket ready, unfortunately, the delay still made me late. Usually a great place, though a bit expensive, but this morning they’re off their game. After a road trip, with lots of bugs on the front, you need the scrubby brushes to pre-wash the grill and the windshield. Unfortunately, they don’t have any of that ready yet, so gotta go somewhere else… better luck next time I guess.

OMG! I can say only good things about ocean blue car wash in Cottonwood. I have had a monthly membershi for many months. They are always quick and efficient. And the car wash is much better than any other in the area. I am so glad that they are here in Cottonwood. And I recommend the monthly membership at any level so that you can go as frequently as you want. That’s what I do.

I’ve been using Ocean Blue for over a year and am very pleased with the quality and amenities available. I needed to make a change to my monthly plan and Caleb did an excellent job of explaining my options and helping me get the best deal for my money. CrystalLynn and the rest of the staff is always super helpful. My wine tour business relies on always having a clean vehicle for my guests, and Ocean Blue always makes the process easy.

Went by this morning early Sunday morning and found the place to be nice and quiet. Vacuums are amazing. Great suction and picked up even the smallest pieces of dirt in my sled. The fact they have clean towels out for use is super convenient. I went around to the kiosk and was met by Kurt, I think that was his name. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the wash process. He was able to answer all of my questions and guide me to the right wash. Prior to entering the tunnel, I was given a dash wipe and a delightful smelling air freshener for my car. T my car came out looking better then when it was new. I can honestly say this is the best wash I’ve ever put my car through. Check them out and you won’t be disappointed.

Update 8/22: Defending the place you work for is thus calling me a liar. Basic grammar. I don't live by there; I was passing through. Don't assume everyone is a local. This is not an option for me. This back and forth is great. People will see the drama you input on someone from a review and people will avoid your location. Not to mention "1 stars" after my complaint have been posted. Update: I see the review they left. To state they don't know what I am referring to when there are others also complaining implies we're all lying. Instead of offering a refund let's call the customers liars. Who said that was a good idea?! This is who you are dealing with. Glad it's in writing for others to see. Original review: Been to many car washes in my middle age. This one was horrible. For $30, it didn't clean my vehicle very well at all. I will not return. So tempted to dispute the charge on my credit card.

Thank you Ocean Blue Car Wash! And thank you Justice! Manager I went to get a car wash today. As I got my car in the grooves of the wash, I opened my window to get the air freshener/dash wipe from the attendant. My window went all the way down and would not go back up. Panic hit me as I thought I would have to go through the car wash with my driver side window completely open. The staff member at the entrance.I wish I knew his name because I would thank him by name also quickly hit the emergency stop button. Justice, the manager, came out to find me in a panic. She talked me through the process to let the carwash tire rollers keep going and to allow me to reverse out. In addition to her help, she immediately gave me a coupon for a free wash since my code had already been used. I was just happy she helped me get out of a situation that could’ve been a disaster. I was away for a few months and discontinued my membership. I can hardly wait to initiate it again once my window is fixed. Thank you Justice and staff.
