I had a wonderful experience dealing with the leasing consultant Lisa Kostidakis, at the Ocean Park Village apartment complex. She was there for me every step of the way, she showed me the well finished townhouse apartment. She explained everything to me in great details, and let me know who I should contact if I happen to have an emergency or any other issues with the apartment. She has five star in my book. Thank you Lisa.
We drove by and wanted a tour in the summer. We were told they weren’t doing tours. When we were told to apply online we did and then the complex took our money for the application and never returned our calls. When you call the office they don’t answer the phone, you have to leave a message and hope they call you back. As someone moving from out of state I can’t just stop by the office to talk to someone. Wildly unprofessional. If this is how they treat someone trying to rent from them imagine the nightmares when you actually live there!
Stacy was such a pleasure to work with!! My husband and I were struggling financially and she went above and beyond to help us out!! Such a wonderful person! We highly recommend!
I wholeheartedly would like to thank both Cindy, The property Manager at The Dutchtown Manor Apartments and leasing Consultant Lisa at The Ocean Village community . They were truly a gem and blessing of getting me into my new apartment at The Ocean Village community after trying to get a place that is close to all my needs. Finally,I can call this community home where its safe and My mind is at ease. I’m lucky to say everything here are phenomenal and CLEAN! My husband and I have lived at Ocean Park Village going on 4 years. Any time something needs to be fixed maintenance is at our house within 30 minutes and resolves any issues quickly. The community it clean, neighbors are friendly, there are a decent amount of children, and it’s culturally diverse. We have enjoyed living here and would highly recommend to others. Office staff is always very nice and accommodating any time I’ve had to call them. Our townhome is also very nice and our amazing walk in closet is just another bonus!

lovely community! We enjoy our apartment very much, staff is so helpful! I can't tell you how easy they made the process. Lisa was very helpful with every step during our moving to the apartment. Its very clean and well maintained complex, Love it.
If you are looking to live there it’s ok to do so but just know that they will take your security deposit. I stayed there for 1 year and l live alone with 3 jobs so you can imagine how clean was my apartment because I’m never home . I left the apartment clean and took pictures just in case and almost a month after that they send me a letter stating that I destroyed the carpet and it will cost me 1300$ to fix and also I left one day after my due date not true and it will cost another 50$ so we owe you only 55$ from 1405$ . I sued them and they never showed up in the court so I got a judgment against them and if they didn’t cooperate with the judgment I will have to enforce the judgment maybe by putting a lean or so . It’s the worst experience I ever had as a tenant with a great history and always on time
Cindy was amazing. Called her that day after I submitted my application she helped me a lot and is super attentive and kind! She made things so easy. My first apartment and it was easy and my heart is full. She was fast efficient and very informative. Answered all my questions! Can’t wait to move in!
Lisa has worked with me for a few months and it has been a pleasure. There's wasn't a unit available a few months ago but I was eager and Lisa was wonderful in getting back to me when a unit was available. The process was smooth and Lisa worked with me when I had a medical issue come up. Apartment looks great with the new floors and once I'm well I can't wait to make the official move in. Thank you for all your hard work Lisa!!
