Great experience today with root canal done by Dr. Reynolds and her very nice assistant. I certainly would highly recommend this place for a root canal,especially with this dentist. Not to forget the girls at the front desk who were very nice and helpful.

Amazing experience. My mother was having trouble with the dentist chains aspen dental, gentle dental,etc. Finally she was recommended to ocean state endodontics. They were so kind and gentle. They discussed everything thoroughly and politely. Always asked if we had any questions. Very happy with the service from beginning to end. Highly recommended!

WHY DID I DEAL WITH TOOTH PAIN FOR MONTHS??? After having an exceptionally sensitive and painful tooth with a crown for months, my dentist recommended I visit OSE. Dr Pat and Sarah were both awesome. I was in and out in no time. Pain free root canal, good conversation during, and great music! Days later I was eating pain free and chewing on both sides again. Don’t torture yourself! Get that tooth fixed!

Super friendly staff, I went in for a root canal and I do not gave a single complaint. I could have fell asleep in the chair it was that comfortable. The assistant was extremely comforting while the endodontist was both thorough and diligent. Very satisfied with the whole process thank you!

I can’t begin to tell you how amazing these doctors were! I had an emergency right before going on vacation with a abcessed tooth and needed a root canal. They fit me in and they did such an amazing job. They settled my nerves, were so gentle and most importantly, made all that pain fade away. I would recommend them to anyone!

I was referred here by our pediatric dentist. Kaitlyn, the X-ray tech, was a delightful person and my only positive experience there. However From calling to set up our appointment to the consultation it was an unpleasant experience. I knew about the answering service from the previous reviews but I gave this place the benefit of the doubt hoping the providers would live up to the referral recommendation I received. After meeting with Dr. Reynolds’s I decided that it’s worth looking for another doctor. She was sarcastic, impatient and rude when I asked questions. She treated me as incompetent and wasn’t the most gentle with my son either. As a pediatric nurse, I know to expect more from medical professionals especially when your children are in their care.

Extremely rude reception staff. She spoke so condescendingly to me and laughed at me when I said she was being rude and unprofessional. I will never give this office my business

I took my terrified 13 year old daughter to have a root canal. She was shaking in the chair with tears flowing down her cheeks. The Dr and staff were so comforting and assured her that she wouldn't feel a thing. As we were leaving my daughter said "that was the best dentist experience ever!". I highly recommend!!!

Maura B Reynolds is AMAZING!!! Definitely going back to her to treat my other root canals. She is so gentle and passionate with her work. I went there because of a root canal treatment done wrong from another place and she helped me from the start! I was in so much pain and she didn’t hesitate to help me. Im so glad I came here!

I have been putting off this root canal for over a year in severe pain every few months and finally I decided to do it and I’m so happy I got referred here. Dr. Reynolds was so sweet, the nicest dental professional I have ever met. She was so comforting like a mother I didn’t even flinch the whole time. She made sure I was in zero pain, it was NOT bad at all, I have had fillings worse then this. Her assistant was so thorough in explaining the whole process and making sure I knew what was going on, she explained the after care process great to, she was also so sweet and comforting. Thank you! I didn’t want to give one less of a star because of one person but there was a girl up front who wasn’t very inviting, she also didn’t have a mask on as if she was entitled to not wear one which I did not appreciate since I have an infant at home, but oh well. I don’t think it’s fair patients must wear masks and walk up to someone who obviously doesn’t care.
