Great place to get some good stuff, for low prices. Staff is very helpful. Directed us to the things we wanted to buy, even helped us get heavy items into our car. Found some food items I wasn't expecting to find. Like yellow tomato pasta sauce. Usually, that's only made and sold in Italy . But they had it from a company called Cento. I've always wanted to try it, and now thanks to them, I can. Manager was great, personable and accommodating. Way better than Walmart. I think I'll be shopping there a lot more. Best part, no self checkouts. They have cashiers to ring you out. Hope they never change that. All around great experience. Thank you.
Customer satisfaction is absolutely last on the list of things this store is concerned about. I have had many positive purchases with little problem. Items are typically a bit cheaper in quality but also cheaper in price, so if it is something you are purchasing multiple of anyway might as well get a good deal. My reason for rating it one star is due to a terrible interaction after purchasing the pouches of what is supposed to be live but dormant strawberry roots. I purchased four packages containing 10 Roots each. Spent a lot of time researching different strawberry options locally and decided for our large strawberry patch this looked like the best deal with overall satisfaction online. I looked up the company and customer experiences and followed all of the suggestions closely. I saw no action so I dug up one of the spots where I knew there were some roots and it was a crispy rope like mess. The plants were clearly dead instead of dormant. Out of 40 plants I have had a success rate of zero. No not a huge price tag, $25 about. But the response from customer service about a discount on new plants rather than just replacing the old was very frustrating. There is no guarantee on any of their plants, so why spend more money to take the risk again when it was a defective product to begin with? While I will still purchase cheap products that I expect to break from them for a good rate, I will not by anything that I have any sort of expectation from. Be prepared for dissatisfaction when dealing with customer service
I always go in for one thing and leave after spending 75 or 80 bucks. Everything is inexpensive so you have to watch out for cheap stuff. Anyway, all kinds of goodies and good deals. I especially like the planter section
I had been living in this town for more than 20 years and never been so happy with this place! I recently bought a house and this place is a great place to buy things for out door. Price is good and quality is not bad. Some products, you don't need expensive or fancy stuff as long as it does its job. This place is a jam!
One of my favorite places to find anything any everything you may need. From food and decor to hardware and clothes and anything in between. The staff are really friendly and the prices are great!
Love this store. Great prices most of the time and a wide selection of food. You can also find some apparel often times for good low prices. Crazy deals are just that, crazy good in most cases. Gotten some very cheap quality products here. Selection will vary from store to store in most cases but overall they have something for everyone. The have a decent amount of plant based products but can always be better! Deff recommend!
Went here Tuesday 11-22-22,got when were in need of getting . Some of Ocean States Jobs deals are good, some things are a bit higher than other stores. I got a large print 2023 Desk - Calander for $3.99 fantastic deal, that's so much cheaper than Target, Walmart, Amazon. Best price to buy a new Desk calendar , Wall calendar, or any calendar like kittens, oceans,dogs, Page-A-Day's etc. This store has a variety of many odd & ends in there. No complaints.
Well have to say huge difference in to location. I been going to Whitensvill JL yrs. No Here Westboro. Much cleaner employees are nice helpful easy to shop find things find employees on the floor when customers need help.Much better layout Manager is visible if you have a question. Great place.×××××
There are items in this store that you don't know they have, like food that you can't get everywhere. Check them out. The prices are fair. I asked one employee if they had women's winter boot. He said "no, we don't carry them" I then found a really nice pair in the foot ware section.
Store is always clean. Bought some Karma water $1.99, a bath mat $3.99, a 4 piece desk set $6.99, Bahlsen cookies$2, planter $2.50. Great prices on food, clothing, makeup, seasonal items like seeds, potting soil and gardening supplies and more!
