My positive response relates to Dr Caruso. Only issue I had was that the office is so busy and there is often a long wait when you have an appointment. I took this as Dr. Caruso and his partner are good at what they do and have more patients than they otherwise might be able to handle. I do think some work could be done with staff around communications as several times when I called to ask a question, I never received a call back.

The staff and Amber and Dr Caruso are very patient and engaged with me and the other patients. The visits timing are always behind at least 40 minutes whether morning or afternoon appointments. This afternoon was 50 minutes behind even entering an exam room then another 20 minutes before seen by the Doctor. This understandable considering how patient they are with all the patients. Worth the waiting!!

I met with Dr. Caruso for an issue that I was having, he is a good listener, good bedside manner and is very thorough. He speaks to you in easy to understand terms and he takes the time to answer all your questions. The staff is courteous and works well as a team.

Second review, post surgery. I’d recommend Dr. Caruso to my family and friends. My local urologist in PSL referred me to Dr. Caruso, the best thing that could’ve happened. I will drive to Jupiter in a heartbeat for the level of care and bedside manner he provides. I was very anxious and nervous leading up to surgery and every conversation put me at ease. His attention to detail, thorough and thoughtful. I consider myself lucky to have been referred to him.

Front desk was very professional. Made me feel at ease before my appointment with Dr Bescherat. The assistant who took my blood pressure was very kind. She realized I was a bit nervous for my first appointment and she suggested I take a few deep breaths and relax. The doctor came in and was positive informative and reassuring. I could not have expected a better visit. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!

I find the staff nurses and receptionist to be extremely capable, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Caruso is also wonderful. He spends time with you and never makes you feel rushed. I am so glad that I finally came to this office, after putting it off for so long.

From working alongside us in navigating the intricacies of my health insurance plan to supporting the connection to an additional medical specialist to aid in my recovery, Oceanside Urology has acted as an integral member of my medical team. To date, Dr. Caruso and his team have provided exceptional care with a personalized connection that makes me feel secure about every visit and procedure. I will continue to recommend him and his team to those who need it and look forward to continuing my care at Oceanside Urology.

After checking in it was a very short time until I was called into the exam room. The nurse practitioner was extremely proficient and professional in the preliminary exam. Dr. Caruso, as always, was cordial, thorough, and accommodating. Can't say enough about the entire appointment experience.

My experience here with Dr. Caruso was great. The office staff were all friendly and provided great service. Dr. Caruso is very thorough and good at what he does. Highly recommend.

I think that Dr. Caruso is a fine doctor. I do, however take issue with the office’s scheduling. I had a3 PM appointment and after leaving a urine specimen and having my blood pressure checked by an assistant, waited & waited and finally saw the doctor at about 4:30, a wait of about 1 & 1/2 hours. This is disrespectful of my time. They are scheduling too many patients per day. In the future I will only accept the first appointment of the day.
