(OCECC) was established in 2000 and rooted in historical confessional evangelical faith. Our vision is to make the invisible glorious God and His Kingdom visible by maturing Church, the Body of Christ. Our values and
goals are: (1) to demonstrate the great love of God through those He has loved; (2) to be a pillar of truth by preaching full gospel and full counsel of God; (3) to be a witness of Christ through the transformed life through the Holy Spirit.
