Super kind staff. Answered all our questions. We received great care from Lisa and her nurse.
Pros: I wanted an urgent change of medical professional. I expressed my concerns as to why I needed a change of provider. They respected my wishes after I explained to them that I was judged and rudely informed about particular services. They switched me providers. Dr. Boyd is great and restored my trust. Cons: There is an NP there that let her personal/religious beliefs interfere with her practice. She withheld information that could have helped me. Because it was my word against hers, I can’t sue or seek legal compensation.
The worst patient care I’ve ever experienced in my 70 years of life don’t trust them what they say or what they do they messed my life up for over 40 years
If you want a medical facility that actually keeps staff there long enough to actually know you, or your special needs child, don't bother going here. Probably for the length of 5 years, each time was a completely new staff so it was always necessary to repeat everything each time. We stopped going a couple years ago but during that time, each new receptionist seemed to have no training or experience. You might be told the Dr or nurse will return your call before the end of the day and it never comes. Springfield might be a longer drive but medical facilities there seem to have someone manning the ships.
This has to be the Worst doctors office in the state. Front desk workers are rude and can't do basic scheduling correctly. The doctors don't care. The place is dirty and smells like a dog grooming business. Worst experience I ever had at a doctors office was at this place. Don't waste your time. Go Anywhere else. I have filed formal complaints.
I have been a patient of Dr. Powers, and Nurse Amanda, for over 2 years. I was under Dr. Power's Hospice care for a few months following a very bad ordeal with my heart, so I asked if he would be my primary care doctor when I was well enough to be released. He and his staff have been great! True...nobody is perfect, but they have consistently been there for me when I have needed them, even helping me BEAT CANCER as of Dec.31st 2018 !!! I, for one, am grateful for Dr. Powers and his staff. Carlis M. Springfield Mo.
My current doctor used to work at the Christian County Clinic, in Nixa, but she moved to the Webster County Clinic once the Nixa clinic closed. I went here to get a physical to participate in bowling with Champion Athletes of the Ozarks both last summer and last week, at which latter time I was also seeking treatment for the stye on my eye. The nurse practitioner who served me provided me all the help I needed both times.
Dr. Cohn and the staff are nice and have been amazing. Glad to have him as a doctor! I never wait more than 15 minutes in the waiting room and when I get back to a room I'm in and out quick. Always enjoy everyone and we even have laughs while im visiting!!!
The receptionist was rude when I called to make my 1st appointment. When I got there for my 1st appointment the receptionists ignored me and did not acknowledge me while I stood at the window to check in. After they were done talking and laughing among themselves they finally checked me in. I waited over an hour in the waiting room to be seen. The nurse took my private meds out of the room stating she needed to write them down. This is inappropriate. Michelle Spencer was not impressive.
Dr is awesome nurses are nice and understanding but the lady up front is rude clearly never dealt with addiction in her life apparently or she just hates her life or something she always snobby and in a bad mood every time I have a appointment or call to reschedule never smiles makes u feel stupid like you shouldn’t be on Suboxone. Like I can just quit taken it I wish it was that easy it was a mistake even getting on it. Other then the lady up front Dr. Cohn and his nurses are awesome I wish I didn’t move away. But I would recommend never getting on suboxone it was a mistake your better off just getting help and getting clean cause if you move away your screwed suboxone is worse then opiates it’s self everybody I kno that on it abuse them just like pills so don’t do it just my option just get help and quit best way
