Jennifer in Imaging, is extremely well suited to be working with the public in healthcare! She is joyful, efficient and kind to everyone she encounters! In person or over the phone, one gets a feeling they are in very good hands with this splendid woman! How very blessed I was to be her patient today! In fact, the woman who received me and the two women who checked me in, made me feel very welcomed and cared for. Regretfully, I did not get their names.

I’ve had wonderful experiences with the doctors here, particularly Dr. Fred Young. He’s always been good about listening to my concerns and answering my questions in a way that’s easy to understand. Great bedside manner, very professional, and very friendly. I’d highly recommend him as a primary care physician. Overall, this campus is very spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing.

I just love Oconee clinic they are the best health provider my doctor Dr. Heffty is one of the kind she understands your medical conditions and my daughters and we love her she’s the newest doctor on staff the last doctor Dr. Jody Turner was also excellent I will refer you to them anytime of the day they are the best God bless

I had a mammogram here 2 years ago. I wasn't going to do a review but changed my mind due to recent events. The check in gal was so rude and cold I was in tears by the time I was in the diagnostic room. Now I am with a new clinic and they have found a finding. They have requested my images several times over the last month to no avail. Now because they have no images to compare to, I have to go through additional testing. How hard is it to simply send images when requested. I am so irritated.

I had the pleasure of visiting this building on business. The layout is easy to navigate. The two service desk people were very friendly and helpful. The restroom was clean, fresh and tidy. There were a lot of clinics in the building and all were open. The patient flow was well thought out.

They desperately need better signs so you can find the office you are going to. Had to go inside to find out where the office was and then go back out to park and they didn't tell me that I could come in through a different door to be closer to wear I needed to be. They have a sign with arrows for which way to drive in but building isn't marked where you can tell where to go and doctors aren't listed outside where you know either. Very frustrating if it's your first time going in. The lab and CT department doesn't seem to know what Stat means either. My doctor called down with a Stat CT order and they wanted me to come back in 3 hours. #1 I don't live in the area and wasn't coming back #2 when they finally decided I could go on to that department and they'd try to work me in within an hour for something that literally takes 3 minutes, I go check in, nobody is in waiting area waiting to be seen.. I told them at check-in that this was ordered Stat and what we'd been told and wow.. They magically had me right in and out. #3 lady at the desk where you enter your information before going to registration doesn't understand English very well.. Really folks.. Get it together. I already don't like Piedmont because of bad experiences in the ER and now this. If all my doctors were affiliated with St. Mary's I'd never go back to anything related to Piedmont Regional.

New looking medical facility. Has no trouble parking but the number of handicap parking spots is not enough for the type of business. Logically a medical building will serve more elderly and temporarily handicapped people.

I've heard birthing but good things about ask if the PCPs here. Dr. Young and his staff are all kind and understanding. They have time for you and your questions.

Gastroenterologist office was a great experience!! In and out in an HR even filling out my paperwork!! First time going but so far so good!!! Staff was super nice!! Highly recommended!!!!
