Ocotillo Family Practice and O Medi Spa

I am so impressed with the quality,care and service that was given to me. Everyone was so kind and helpful, the energy was positive and caring. The Doctor, she was amazing! I have not been this impressed with a business since I went to Lubbock about 3 years ago! I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a health care provider!

I've had a very, very difficult time getting results on tests, including lab work and bone scans. I went to the ER with high blood pressure several weeks ago. The E.R. doc wanted me to see my PCP within one week. Couldn't get in to see Dawn Wulff for 3 weeks. Couldn't get in to see my heart doctor for almost the same length of time. I desperately need a specialist at this moment for another problem. I cannot see that doc without a referral, even tho I have a PPO. Called Ocotillo. Can't get in to see Dawn again for a month. WTH is with the medical care in this town?? I feel I could just drop dead before I could get any help! Ocotillo has been short of staff for months now. I also have been trying to get an answer from Dawn about another matter for at least a week. Have left 2 messages; no return call.
