The seats at this movie theater are not only outdated, small and uncomfortable, cheap and broken, they’re a freaking biohazard. These seats haven’t been cleaned in years! They’re truly disgusting! As well as the floors! They’re sticky and gross. I will NEVER come back to this theater. It’s not even worth the cheaper tickets. You people are going to spread disease and sickness with the lack of cleanliness at this theater. Horrible.
Came to the 3:50 barbie showing. Still has not started at 4:15. This theater is just as bad as it has always been. Falling apart and just gross. Edit. Your employees simply gave us Carnival tickets with initials on them forcing us to come back and use your theater again I received zero concession tickets. I do not want to return to this movie theater. I would like a full refund processed. Your theater is disgusting and your prices are outrageous.
Seems good, until you go inside one of the end theaters. Theater 5 in particular was... decaying. Seats falling apart, no ventilation or air conditioning. Really kind of depressing. I can honestly say I've never seen a movie theater in this state.
Went to see spiderverse: beyond the spiderverse at the midnight showing. The theater carpet has a weird stickiness to it and overall wasn't the cleanest. The woman's bathroom was atrocious. The theatre itself was small and only a handful of people were there. It was an overall mixed experience
One very rude male employee. Absolutely unnecessary targeting yelling and anrguing. Incredibly unprofessional and embarrassing for the company and theatre as a whole.
No refills over priced dirty needs an update. Seats worn and uncomfortable.
I just walked out in the middle of the movie. I complained multiple times about people being snuck in, the smell of weed, the constant talking, and the constant use of phones. People were constantly getting up and moving around. When my wife told them to be quiet they laughed at her. I have been planing to see the movie since my wife told me it was coming out and was hopefully going to have a good date night with her but the kids ruined it. I will be contacting management to get a full refund. My movie experience was completely ruined. The staff was very nice and I enjoyed the older feeling of going to the movie. I will try this theater again and hopefully it will be better
Lowest prices for movies anywhere around here. Seating is old school but otherwise great place.
So damn loud, if I return will bring ear plugs, don't need sound that high.
I just bought tickets online but did not receive the tickets for tonight. Feels like a scam . The phone number on the internet is no longer in service. No wonder people are not going to the theaters anymore!
