If I could give this place 0 starts I would. This is a complete waste on money and I’m so upset that I even spent money to go here. $24 a ticket for something that really should only be $10. Let’s start with the attractions or the lack there of! Everything there is run down, broken or out of order. You can tell they do not keep the place up at all. Everything inflatable has patches all over it from years of use and holes. Went to get food which is overpriced but we were already there so we bought it and discovered there are only two tables at the concession and if you want to sit you have to walk quite far to find a table. One of their employees was using one of the two tables so here we and 8-9 other people were having to stand and eat. The worker was not eating but just playing in his phone. The workers at the concession wrote down the order but still couldn’t remember what it was and had to keep asking me. We left after being there less than an hour because it was so run down and terrible. Tried talking to the manager and he was rude and seemed very defensive of the place. He had an excuse for everything and was very rude and was not able to be talked to. This black is a complete bust and they will NEVER get our business again. It makes sense to me now why there were hardly any people there on a Saturday. I should have gone to Bengstons like I usually do and I’m upset with myself that I even gave this place a chance. Everything is overpriced and the food is over cooked and old, the workers seem bored and like they hate it! Please don’t waste your time and money like we did!
Horrible experience STAY AWAY IMO. Little to nothing to do and what was there is usually run down, missing items or broken. Things listed not available etc. The price is about triple what it should be and a lot of people we could tell or spoke to were NOT happy. Food is the opposite of good esp considering what they charge. Elotes was cold and didnt taste good. Moldy hay bails throughout. Lots of oversize chairs to sit in to take pics like.. WOW They know what they are doing imo fraud because when I spoke to the manager he had all the rationalizing and excuses down pat! Which told me he has had practice. One of the two tables they have on one side of the park for the food truck for eating was taken up by an employee napping. If you wanted to sit you had to walk on the otherside of the place. Which is large but mostly empty space due to not having really anything. If you like making bubbles they have a bubble pavilion. You just have to find the missing bubble wands... They do have a hay ride and smaller barrel ride but we were so disappointed we didnt even want to stay a minute longer. They have a large tub filled with corn that kids can jump in but it looked like the corn had been in there for years without being changed. Breaking down into dust, was just.. not good. I asked the manager for a partial refund because the experience wasnt up to the mid 2 figures they charge per person unless you are 3 or younger. Like I said previously, he had the "omg sorry you were disappointed with ONE thing" down PAT lots of practice if the other reviews here are any indication. Obviously the manager is basically gaslighting. This is after listing minimum of 7 things politely of course. If you want to spend 3 figures for 2 adults and 2 children for a bad time, this is your spot. Otherwise Id stay far away from this place.
Do not waste your money on this place. This year this place was terrible. I spent $72.00 +$8 for paintball that wasn't worth it. Years b4 we looked forward to attend their hollween event this year it was trash. Very little attraction, rides and fun.
A complete disaster. Again, I tend not to share about my work personally, but this travesty needs to be noted. Our aftercare group, “Jr. Explorers,” was both looking forward to and scheduled to go to Odyssey Fun Farm under Odyssey Fun World for their pumpkin patch. My staff contacted them multiple times for the last two weeks to ascertain and confirm the arrangements, and was assured of the price point, time, number of participants that compromised a group, and all other pertinent logistical info. in anticipation of our arrival. We get there, and everything was for not. The price point for a group not only wasn’t honored, they tried to double it! The terms and conditions communicated by OFW management was not met, and ultimately and shamefully, more than a dozen children were hurt and embarrassed, as we refused entry into an empty park. That’s right, they turned us all away and there was less than 10 people in the pumpkin patch at that time, no waitlist, no reservation, no nothing. They declined us because their team members gave us misinformation. From the frontline personnel to the manager Amber, it was masterclass in disorganization. When we were turned away, we went to try and physically speak to a manager at the Odyssey Fun World office nearby, but they had their frontline staff at the ticket window and concession, screen our request multiple times, which was completely unprofessional. Once the manager came down, with backup I might add, she made no attempt to rectify it, address the lack of internal controls on who disperses what information, and refused to even entertain a compromise or work to arrange something at a later date. Our children, who eagerly awaited this trip, and the parents who put their faith in us to see it through, were cheated and sent home with nothing. A complete waste of time. I told the children as we headed home, to remember this day; “Sometimes, adults don’t keep their promises, but let this be lesson for you to always keep yours and don’t let others down.”
Too expensive. This farm has little to nothing to do. Most attractions are an extra fee on top of the $22.00 PP. The eating tents are trashed. The food court is closed most of the week so no farm classics like corn and turkey legs. This trip was a bust! Just take your little ones to a park. That’s about all this farm could offer.
It was a cute small pumpkin patch. Plenty to do for the little kids. Cornmaze was fun but small. I went on a Thursday and it was only me and like 6 other random people there so we got to enjoy it with no crowds.
The Zombie Hay Ride was awesome. It was a short ride, but a lot of fun. I drove almost a hour to get there and was surprised to find it a bit dumpy. Great idea though. Staff is really nice. I would give more stars if they would put some hay down in the swampy corn maze. I know they tend to be muddy, but I had to dig my gym shoe out of the mud.
Very expensive and a little chaotic, directional singage was hard to understand if you could find it
Pass this one up. If you're looking for a good fall pumpkin farm feeling - this is NOT the place to go. Extremely over priced, and the very few attractions that looked fun - cost extra! Terrible set up. The employees were all rude. They do not ensure the guests are enjoying themselves at all. In fact, you can barely get them to speak to you and when they do they are cocky and unfriendly. Save your money. I regretted being there the minute I walked in. The only kindness we got was from the girl the ran the pony rides, who clearly was not an employee of the pumpkin farm. Extremely disappointing.
I go here several times a year when they open. It's close and a good way to spend the day. Prices could be lower. Workers are friendly and knowledgeable. It can get pretty busy on the weekends. Yesterday I was in line at the concession stand. A lady was mad at the cashier saying something about price. The cashier girl kept really calm and explained to her. The customer got pretty rude with her and you know what? A man from the back came and stood up for his worker! I was so impressed by that. Alot of these customers try to take advantage or get something for free. Not my place to say anything but I was so proud they stood behind their employees. I will be back next week!
