Isaac McCaslin & Jared Seff, graduates of fine arts at SCAD, explore Art, Tradition & Contemporaneity through paint working in their studio Of Two Minds.
The two artists met at SCAD in a portrait drawing class and have been friends ever since. Their personalities and work compliments and challenges one another. McCaslin's allegorical paintings deal with themes of the human condition such as Value, Progress, Technology, Materialism, and Transience. Seff currently paints a variety of Figurative works and portraits derivative of a Classical aesthetic, also exploring the spectacle, through narrative paintings depicting the mixed martial arts culture.
