They have most of your mid-range brands. I was looking for a more designer brand they didn't have. But generally a good selection. Rewards program earns discounts.
Love the selection at OBS. Staff are very friendly. We've been able to order shoes and have them delivered to our house when they were not in stock.
Went in for a certain pair of Nikes. Walked out with a pair better than I expected and cheaper. Love this store! Will be back in a few days for my summer sandles.
Had a great variety very clean! Let me start by saying we all vent while at work! BUT my issue is with a certain male cashier. If you have complains or want to vent about a client do it when there aren’t other customers around to hear you! We’re all entitled to our opinions but there’s a time an place for everything. Especially when your loud, VERY loud!!! It’s a major turn off!
Mixed selection of shoe quality. Cashiers were not professional. Rather, they were rude and not intelligent with their job. Floor associate or manager John was helpful but not so much that it will erase the negative experience with the cashiers. Service and quality at DSW around the corner is much better. Would give 5 stars for their out of stock options for ordering online with free delivery and the floor associates helpfulness.
Got a good deal on two pairs of shoes, ended up having a $15 coupon available after the purchase because of my rewards program so I got waterproof spray for free! Natasha was very helpful at the register. The staff is normally friendly there and I don't have many complaints. With that said I do think they should have been a little bit more available to greet patrons on the floor with a "Hello" or "How are you today" which I didn't get, but other than that a solid business to shop at! Thanks Off Broadway!

I absolutely love this store!!! So many styles variety of sizes ... I never Leave there with nothing in my hands lol... Usually there is also a clearance rack that I can always find something there as well ... Most favorite is there #BOGO Buy One Get One 1/2 Off... Can't beat that!
Prices are good, selection is large -- including a decent number of wide-sized shoes for women, and there is staff roaming around to help if needed. If you like a shoe but your exact size isn't there, it can be ordered and shipped to your home free of charge. Sneakers, sandals, boots and dress shoes for men, women and children.
Came in to an amazing sale they had going. And left with two boots that I really needed!! The only thing I have noticed is that their selections seem to have diminished. Even 2 years ago they used to have a big variety of whatever shoe was in season. This year especially it was hard to find a pair of boots with a low chunky heal that are dressy. A lot more choices for the casual boots
