We also offer our signature 2 Week Board & Train Program - Our 2-week programs focus on practical, everyday obedience that is completed with a high level of precision, outside, off-leash, with distractions. This program provides a little bit of everything, including manners and socialization dogs and people. OffLeash SoCal also offers Puppy Training, and Specialty Dog Training throughout the Santa Monica Area."

We did a 2 week board and training session with Scott for our 5 month old Australian Shepherd. Me and my partner are impressed at the incredible foundations our trainer has set in stone for our buddy, Asta. Throughout the process, we were constantly updated on his progress on not only his training and his daily schedule, but also his well-being and overall health. We loved that Scott was quick to identify and treat potential concerns including skin irritation due to our dog’s sensitive skin — he also notified us immediately. The blogs from Scott were not only detailed, but informative to where we could always reference them when we need a reminder on how to properly execute commands. He even went above and beyond to provide us with a recap video on everything we need to know to continue the training after picking up our puppy. One of the things that we wanted improved was our puppy’s reactivity to other dogs and people. Prior to Off Leash, Asta would constantly jump on and lunge at people, and bark at other dogs. He also would bite and nib. We’re about 2 weeks POST-training, and he barely does it anymore with still being a puppy. We are SO happy about this! The most important thing though is that we could tell our little buddy was in good hands. If you are thinking about doing board and training with Off Leash SoCal… ask for Scott!
I have nothing but nice things to say about Off Leash and our trainer, Grace! She exuded kindness, professionalism, and patience when engaging with my wife and I, as well as our pup, Kiki! She answered all of our questions and totally set us up for success after finishing the 1 week program. We literally couldn't be happier with the results, and to say Off Leash/Grace is worth every single penny... is a complete understatement! We went into this program thinking, "this seems a little pricey, really hope it works". After going through the whole experience and implementing the training at home, we"re now saying, "ahh got it, I would've paid more!". We now fully understand just how important and effective the Off Leash training course is, and we wouldn't change a single thing. It was extremely gratifying to have a consultation at end of the program. This allowed my wife and I to ask tons of questions, and build confidence with the new implementations. We felt a team energy with Off Leash, and we were given ample time to ascertain the necessary info, while never feeling rushed. The results we’re having at home with Kiki are truly spectacular. She has made a complete 180 from when we first dropped her off on day 1. Grace was truly incredible to work with, and we plan on utilizing her services in the future! That is, if she's available! This program is 110% worth it!
I enrolled Venus in a two week training and she has come back a whole different pet. She is great with her commands and is a happy pup. We are very thank full to Pricilla as she did amazing with her training.
Emmy Lou just finished her two-week board & train today, with OffLeash SoCal trainer Jose Ayala. The results were both impressive & phenomenal!!!!! Emmy learned to sit, lay down, heel, place, come, as well as some house manners like greeting guests, waiting to eat and waiting at the open front door. Check out the VIDEO section of OffLeash SoCal! We received a thorough debriefing with explanations of the commands and behaviors Emmy learned, as well as some practice while Jose was there to coach us. Can you really put a price on the comfort and relaxation of having a well-behaved & well-trained dog? We see this training as a good value. It seems expensive, but it is a jump-start to less stress, and the dog becomes the trainer's FULL-TIME job for two weeks. I have spent a lot of money on training, but it was up to me to follow through with the training & I never did. I will this time, because it is just reinforcement - Jose did all the footwork, and both he & Emmy had a great time! Look at the videos and you will see HAPPY dogs, that are not stressed, worried or otherwise showing any signs of distress. These trainers and this company really know what they are doing! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!!!!!!

Andy did an amazing job with my 5-year old mini Bernedoodle. Before she started she was reactive around squirrels, big dogs, and when family members danced or got excited, she was also stubborn about healing on leash. In her a two-week board and train with Andy, she learned to stop all of these behaviors. Andy took the time to show me all the techniques he used. My whole family is extremely impressed with her improvement.
We had our 4 month old Golden Retriever attend the 3 week puppy board and train and I can't speak highly enough about the process from start to finish. The trainer we were set up with was amazing with our puppy Belle. I really like that the trainers only take on one puppy at a time and may have some dogs boarding in the home with your pup which is also great for socialization and distractions when going through the training. McKenna was Belles trainer and I felt very comfortable leaving my puppy with her as sad as it was to leave her. I knew she would take good care of her and that she truly loves animals. I love that I would get daily updates called "pupdates" from McKenna every morning and looked forward to checking these daily. They included pictures, videos, verbiage on the specific training that was worked on and what Belle ate everyday. McKenna was very responsive when I sent emails and spent a great deal of time with me going over everything at the pick up day when Belle was turned back over to me. I was absolutely amazed at what McKenna was able to teach Belle in the 3 weeks she had her. I highly recommend Offleash SoCal and even better if you get McKenna as your training/ handler. Our dog is a changed animal. She has accomplished more than I thought possible. It was extremely easy to book. They were very flexible and professional to deal with. The trainer, Jose, did an excellent job and really showed genuine affection and care for my dogs well-being. Highly recommend.
We could not be happier with the work that our trainer Grace did with our 5 month old puppy - Pete. He is very young and Grace instilled discipline in him and did so with a gentle touch that is appropriate for his young age. Pete learned so much from Grace !. Pete is now able to calmly walk along side us. Pete also demonstrated the ability to focus and not be so distracted with his surroundings and be able to socialize with people and other pups. We are so happy with the training - Grace sets us up for success with our pup !
Grace was amazing. My Whiskey was bit stubborn, but Grace trained him and loved on him which helped him get comfortable with her and get trained. Thank you Grace.
