Hands down the BEST customer service and experience I have EVER had at this Office Depot! This Review is really for SHELBY, more than Office Depot. Shelby went above and beyond! I’ve been coming in for years. NOT EVEN MANAGMENT has been this attentive or engaged during my visits unless Shelby is a manager, she’s the first. Shelby provided excellent assistance, helpfulness, brought extra tools for me to use during my service without me asking, clearing off surfaces so I have place to set my documents. She not only showed me where the writing utensils were, she walked up to the tray grabbed a pen, removed the cap and set it down for me!! I mean talk about attention to detail! She prepped the fax machine for me and walked me through each step until the end of the transaction. She explained the process thoroughly and stood there to assure the machine would begin the process without any glitches. Mind you, this is all while also tending to other customers using the machines, she greeted everyone that walked in, restocking merchandise on the end caps, checking in on her colleagues making sure they’ve taken their breaks or have gone to lunch and checking customers out at the register!! This young lady not only deserves recognition, she deserves a raise. Actually, she DESERVES a promotion! Thank you Shelby, I appreciate all your help
This morning on 10/31/22 I went to purchase some canned air. I have a rewards acct, and am also a military veteran. When checking out, I showed my Veteran ID and was told by an associate the canned air I purchased “would not qualify for the military discount because it somehow was considered technology” and that “Office Depot doesn’t honor a military discount on such items.” Sadly, you have now lost a customer and thousands of dollars in sales a year on not only my business but personal items due to your inappropriate classification of products and lack of appreciation for our service members. This policy needs to change ASAP! Canned Air is not technology, and your classification of it as such to save on y'all's bottom line is ludicrous and insulting. This needs to be dealt with on a store level as well as a corporate one. Even your associate was embarrassed by the transaction. Office depots compassion for its communities service members is lackluster and embarrassing. Maybe I’ll take this to the news outlets just in time for Veterans Day. Unbelievable! The lady at the front desk was amazing, however she was having to do the job of more than one person. Dennis, the manager on duty, apparently didn't know how to do fed ex shipments. Perhaps office depot should hire from within to avoid these issues. Very disappointed is Dennis' store knowledge and abilities.
OFFICE DEPOT is a great place to receive individual assistance when needed. They offer the copy machines and help for those immediate projects needed to be done NOW! TJ was a great help and assisted me to get my task done and out the store. Thank you OFFICE DEPOT for serving our community!

In less than 3 minutes, the associate had doubled my knowledge on how to shop for an office chair that will fit my needs. Great customer service!
I absolutely LOVE this location, never disappoints. Ask for Shelby, she has the patience of a matriarch and a heart of gold. I was working on my mom's celebration of life, needed several color pictures off my Android and she ended up staying after closing, making sure I got them ALL printed for the service. I'm technically challenged, could not locate the photos in my albums so Shelby took the initiative to help, pulling out all the magic in her hat and made sure it happened. I'm forever grateful to her and believe she is the reason behind my ability to feel great about my mom RIP. Thank you OD and Shelby!!
I had to make announcements/cards for my dad's Celebration Of Life. They were fast, beautiful, and high quality.
Looked online before driving all the way to the store for a printer they said was in-stock at that store. We got there and no printer. It is an online thing only but yet the website said they had it. The next comparable was $50 higher. We took our business elsewhere. They are good for their print services but that's about all.
Shelby was very helpful and over the top friendly!
