Once my favorite store in town. Today 5 employees standing around doing nothing. 2 customers including myself and still couldn’t get help. Massive mismanagement resulting in me walking out. Dont plan on returning because you accomplish nothing but getting angry. Location is in DEEP DECLINE.

The Dalton Georgia store is awesome. Zach the associate that helped us was friendly courteous and exhibited great customer service throughout our visit. Glad I left the Chattanooga TN store and visited this one for my important project.

My husband n I went to office Depot Tues Feb 14th to fax tax papers to our tax preparer. e girl who was working seems frazzled. She told us to sign n on the computer we did . We waited I don't know how long n finally she called us to the counter. We told her what we needed n got all our paperwork out of the envelope we had them in. Anyway she goes over n started scanning n we gaved her the fax number. So she said we would have to wait til it's confirmed n do u want to go ahead n pay or wait til it's confirmed. We said we would wait to pay. Anyway she said have a seat n she would call us when it had been. We waited n waited now we had already gotten out paperwork back. Finally my husband had enough.Two other people had came over to help the girl. My husband got us went to one of the people n asked if it had been confirmed the girl wanted to know if we wanted to fax it now. My husband said we already did that we want to know if it's been confirmed. Anyway she asked how many papers we said n she charged us right at $10. Acted like it killed her n then the guy helping them couldn't take his eyes off my husband for some reason reason. We get home nour tax preparer text where's ur W2 form?? I checked the envelope n it's n it but the girl didn't fax the most important paper to her. I called back n a guy named Jake said he would fax it for us . Anyway my husband said if they can't do it right the first time I don't trust them to do it right the second time. So he got someone else to fax it n it was done correctly. But here we paid almost $10 for basically nothing. Office Depot needs to retrain their people. This one in Dalton is joke. Don't waste ur time n especially u money
